I was sad to find out that the plumber I worked with for over a year had left. I wanted to find him, but ultimately decided to trust Zurn and their staff. My new plumber Nate is just as excellent as his predecessor. He does excellent work and listens to client concerns to guarantee satisfaction. You don’t need to compare plumbers, you simply need to hire Zurn. They will take care of you, and if anything for some reason their work doesn’t meet your expectations, they will listen and fix it. Good luck finding that anywhere else. Trust them. They will take care of you.

Excellent job replacing our sewer pipe and also came out to inspect the home for other plumbing issues and were very knowledgeable. Respectful of the home, take pictures of the work as they go and share with you at the end. Would hire them again.

The people at Zurn when I called on the phone were very nice and polite and the head tech who came to my house was very knowledgeable and a real pro!! He actually was training a new person to the company when they arrived.
The price to fix a toilet and replace part of the kit without a doubt were beyond ABSURD!!! In speaking to a number of friends who have had similar issues over the years told me I was TOTALLY TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF!!!
I can add that the guy whom I spoke too at Zurn regarding the situation and costs could care less about my business or if I ever called them again. He said these are our BOOK PRICES and that’s it…. Go elsewhere if you want!!!! Will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN or recommend to anyone!!!

Really impressed with Zurn Plumbing Service, as recommended by our contractor. Mitchell was here first thing Saturday morning. He pinpointed the problem super fast and even checked the rest of our plumbing. He was really kind and professional in explaining everything I asked—definitely more than a 5-star experience!

They are Usually great and very professional but a bit disappointed on our last encounter. Called them to come detect a gas leak inside the house. The guys showed up without the machine (sniffer) and proceeded to go around the house smelling to identify the source with no success and offered to do a pressure testing for $1500 plus. We expected better considering we paid a dispatch fee of $69.

The technicians from Zurn who performed a fairly big job of replacing 45 feet of old, rusted cast iron pipes were fantastic. That extends to the techs who conducted the initial inspection and estimate as well. Not only did they do the work in a timely and non-disruptive manner — we had a newborn baby that slept through all of it — but they took time to explain how the repairs came to be needed and what steps could be taken in the future to ensure maximum shelf life. Most of all though, they were ethical and fair in their pricing, ultimately knocking a significant chunk off the final bill because the job ended up taking less time than originally expected. Finding a plumber is like finding a mechanic or barber — once you have one you trust, you feel so much better about whatever might go wrong. I have found that with Zurn.

Can't say enough good things about the service we got from Zurn. No one ever likes to hear that their small leak will likely mean a new water heater, but Mitchell impressed us with his negotiation with the manufacturer for a warrantied replacement. We felt that his customer service went above and beyond, keeping us in the loop at every step of the way and making sure that we were aware of all of our options and expected timing. Mitchell and his team of Reeves and Simon did an excellent job of getting the problem diagnosed and installing the new unit. We will absolutely choose Zurn for any future plumbing needs!

I was just using my new garbage disposal button and sink and started thinking about all the repairs over the last 8 years Zurn has helped us with and thought I should give them a great review. They replaced our garbage disposal and have helped with large leaks and small drips in our faucets. I highly recommend them.

Zurn gave me a competitive price for a far superior high-tech solution that allows the pipes to be replaced in-place. It's like magic.

The entire crew was fantastic and professional. Matt Zurn was also very involved and engaged.

In addition, during their work I asked spur-of-the-moment about completely unrelated plumbing work that I had been wanting to get done. Zurn did all that substantial extra work that same day with a crew of 3 in addition to the pipe work. Can't beat that service and turnaround time.

I also appreciate that Zurn is a local, family-owned business. I always prefer local businesses with roots in the community over extractive private-equity-owned businesses where the only things that matter are numbers in spreadsheets.

Hired Zurn to perform an inspection of our sewer in a house we were buying and a truly honest mistake was made, and work was missed. Matthew Zurn owned up to the mistake and took responsibility and was able to still help us resolve an issue in a very timely manner. Customer service is exceptional and I will continue to recommend Zurn to friends and family.

I have trusted Zurn for decades and never been disappointed. I’m not looking for the lowest price but I am looking for the ‘best’ price. Zurn replaced 45’ of cast iron in my crawl space and I am delighted with the work, the professionalism, and commitment to our agreed upon estimate. Thank you Zurn. He arrived within the scheduled time window and was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous throughout the process. While Zurn’s pricing is higher than some competitors, we chose them for their proven quality and because we value supporting a reputable local business.

I cannot say enough great things about Zurn! They spent an entire day on 4 big projects at our home, requiring the water to be turned off to our whole subdivision. It was discovered that one fire hydrant wasn’t working, so it took 3 times longer for all the water to drain. They are such professionals, they remained focused & non-stressed. Stephen, Tyler, Alex & Matthew were all awesome. They kept us updated all day as things progressed. And, they did a splendid clean up job! We will call Zurn for any future plumbing needs.

I had a problem with the downstairs commode that was not flushing, even after I snaked and plunged it.

Called Zurn at 9 AM, plumber Steven Was here by 1 o’clock. They gave me a courtesy call to let me know he was coming, very helpful.

Steven was personable, and very proficient clearing the line and informing me of the next step if it clogged again.

Incredible service and experience. We had a plumbing nightmare involving a main sewage drain that destroyed our finished basement and parts of our kitchen. Zurn responded on a weekend, involved the company owner, spent hours diagnosing the problem, and spent the following several days repairing it.
Everyone polite, knowledgeable, punctual, and cleaned up the entire project when it was done.

The kitchen faucet lost pressure and I called their experts. They cleaned the aerator, tested the water flow and checked the lines. Water flow returned immediately.

Their technician was very professional and helpful. He repaired a leaking outdoor faucet that had been dripping for days. The faucet now shuts off properly.

The pipe under our sink started dripping unexpectedly. I called a plumber who repaired the connection quickly.

The bathroom faucet pressure suddenly became very uneven. I called this plumbing service for an inspection. The technician cleaned mineral buildup inside the faucet. The water flow is now consistent.
