Pelfrey Tree Company did it again! We’ve used this company twice and I called Jonathan Crowder some crazy time of day and he was all over it. Left our yard looking better than when they got there! Thanks so much!!!

I saw a billboard advertising Pelfrey Tree Service. Andrew Pelfrey came to my house and we discussed the services I wanted. Remove a tree and trim a couple trees. He has been non responsive. A few days passed with no quote. So I texted to see if I was going to receive a quote. I confirmed my email. Two weeks later, I have not received any communication. Extremely disappointed. I do not recommend.
Response: They were not responsive by text and nothing in spam. They did not try very hard to get my business.

I don't know if they are good value or not. They came highly recommended and I just went with it. I wanted quality. Jonathan and his team did an amazing job. EXACTLY what Jonathan told me they would do when he quoted the job.

Pelfrey Tree Service did an amazing job removing a one hundred year old white oak that was close to my house. Everyone that I had contact with was courteous and professional. Kelly at the office was particularly accommodating. I spent several hours watching the crew take down the tree and was fascinated by the teamwork and care to my property. Thanks gang!

I’ve heard mixed reviews over the years about Pelfrey Tree Service, but when a client of mine recommended Jonathan Crowder and I met him in person I knew I found my guy. Seamless process, had his crew in and out without incident, and the pricing and timeline couldn’t have been more fair. If you’re talking to anybody but Big John Crowder, you’re wrong!
