Pelfrey did a great job trimming up a few trees and removing some limbs at my home. They had a very competitive price, excellent customer service, and when they were on the site working got the job done quickly. The cleaned up the area well and even trimmed back some other smaller trees I needed help with. Highly recommend them and would use them again.

Hired Pelfrey to take down some trees in our back yard. Highly recommend using them! They were very professional and great with communication. Jonathan Crowder was very knowledgeable and made the process very easy!

Jonathon Crowder could not have been more professional in overseeing the removal of a fallen tree and removing the debris, including my deck that was wiped out from the fallen tree. He wasted no time getting his crew here on a Saturday, no less! In the process my neighbor recognized another tree that needed to be removed, and again, Jonathon made sure we got it down before another storm. His proposals were reasonable and he didn’t try to over sell! He and his crew did an outstanding job making sure everything was superbly cleaned up and removed from my property! I definitely will refer Pelfry Company Tree Service to fellow neighbors and friends!

Pelfrey was great to work with. After speaking to two other companies about removing trees from my yard, I decided to go with Pelfrey and couldn't be happier that I did. Jonathan was extremely knowledgable and professional from the beginning. A very large oak tree as well as a large cherry tree were both removed in record time with no damage to any of the Japanese maples around them. They pruned many of the Japanese maples as well and really know what they are doing. They left the yard cleaner than when they showed up. Very highly recommend.

These guys came from JAX with a crew to Augusta GA the week Hurricane Helene came through and took down a pine leaning on my house. They have been working all through our neighborhood and nothing but great work! These guys are professional and fair! They know what they are doing! Hired Pelfrey to remove some trees in our backyard and the experience was awesome! The communication with the office and scheduling was great and worked around our needs. The crew was on time, respectful of our fence/property, worked swiftly but thoroughly, and did a GREAT job with clean up! Very satisfied and would highly recommend the company.
