    This place is decent for emergency service, but I tried to have them do more extensive work and never got an estimate, just the run-around and delays. They repeatedly told me they would call me and I finally just realized they never would. It's already been 16 days since the last contact and nothing. I could have gotten another estimate sooner, if they'd just told me they didn't want the work. Luckily I moved on the another contractor, but I wasted 2 whole weeks waiting on them to get back to me before I engaged their replacement.

    Kandis in parts was very helpful. If you have an old plumbing part that you need come to Gene's plumbing if they don't have it doesn't exist

    They went out of their way to help me. I have a bath faucet that I can't find knobs to fit. Although they couldn't find the knobs I needed, they spent over 30 minutes trying to. Best customer service I've had in a long time.
