This place is decent for emergency service, but I tried to have them do more extensive work and never got an estimate, just the run-around and delays. They repeatedly told me they would call me and I finally just realized they never would. It's already been 16 days since the last contact and nothing. I could have gotten another estimate sooner, if they'd just told me they didn't want the work. Luckily I moved on the another contractor, but I wasted 2 whole weeks waiting on them to get back to me before I engaged their replacement.

Kandis in parts was very helpful. If you have an old plumbing part that you need come to Gene's plumbing if they don't have it doesn't exist

They went out of their way to help me. I have a bath faucet that I can't find knobs to fit. Although they couldn't find the knobs I needed, they spent over 30 minutes trying to. Best customer service I've had in a long time.

My experience was horrible wouldn't recommend this company, come out did absolutely nothing and wanted $60

Vintage and rare parts drove all the way across the city to come here to get the best quality parts in the state ask for king at the part counter he'll offer great customer service & cheap prices

They're only open Monday through Friday. When you receive your receipt please look at the bottom it says exchange only but if you install the part you don't get to exchange it because they don't take back used parts. My question is how would I know if it didn't work if I didn't install it. Now I'm out of $100 and I can't get my money back I would never use this place again.

I must say hands down best customer service I’ve ever experienced with a plumbing company. They took the time to really listen and completely understand what my issue was and quickly resolved my problem that dropped my water bill significantly and I am forever grateful for the outstanding service they provided!

We had a leak in the elbow pipe joint under our sink. We called several companies who said we would need to remove the entire pipe connecting into the wall. This would involve cutting into our wall tile which would be pricey. Mike came out from Gene's Plumbing the day after we called and replaced the p-trap and cleaned up his work area!! No more leak and at a reasonable cost. They've won us as a new customer because they didn't try to price gouge us, responded quickly and were respectful of our home!!

Knowledgeable staff, friendly but one of the parts did not quite work. There was no returning the item so we made it work.
