I was very impressed with the work that was done on my roof. They were very efficient and got it done quick in an important time of need. Customer service was great and I felt like I was in excellent hands. I’d recommend ALA roofing and construction to anyone looking to get a roof job done for an affordable price and in no time.

We hired this company to do a metal roof. They were inconsistent with communication. Showed up late on the first day and only stayed for a couple hours, my roof only has part of the framing done. They were supposed to come back and they never showed up again. Said it would take a week. I understand rain got in the way for a few days and they said they would call us Monday, never called. My husband finally got ahold of them and said we just want a refund because the inconsistency was ridiculous. Still haven’t received that money. They still have 3500 of our money and are now not returning calls/text.

It has now been two weeks since my initial review. After I posted my husband received a text asking how he would like the refund. But yet here we are and no refund. I’m not sure what being behind on schedule would have to do with getting a refund to a customer. Also you would think if there were delays in service you would be in contact with your customer, not ignoring their calls/texts.
