It seemed to me that the only time my contractor came to my house was only to collect money. He only did two days worth of work but the project dragged on for months. They couldn't get in touch with their drywall guy so I had to find my own person to do the drywall. I had scheduled my floors to be installed by someone else by a certain date and Southern Elite kept trying to make me push it back. Had I not taken control of the project it would have dragged on for more months. The little bit of work that they did do was done good, but I wouldn't use this company again. A lot of the people that are mentioned in the 5 star reviews are no longer with the company.

I would absolutely recommend using Southern Elite Contracting Inc for your next remodeling project! I had the most amazing help from Brooklynn, who made sure that everything was perfect and that I was satisfied. Be sure to ask for Brooklynn if you are considering Southern Elite Contracting and she will take great care of you!

I called in to ask about my insurance repairs and the next steps for my claim. I spoke with Joanna in the office and she was very knowledgeable about the entire process and gave me some insight on my insurance claim. I appreciate all her efforts and be professionalism.

Awesome team with Taylor, Joanna, Tawana and Keishla all were awesome in taking care of my project! They showed great concern for me and my wife when the insurance company was hesitant in making the funds available to get the job done. The water pipe busted in my water heater and Southern Elite Contracting inc, took the job and help me deal with the home insurance, which took sometime. Jared Haralson and his crew did a great job with my garage. It look awesome. Thank you guys!!!

Trying to get them to start my job has been chaotic so I didn’t decide to go elsewhere glad I didn’t after reading the comments with similar experiences. Was told the rep that was on my job got a better job to do. And was told that after a week of texting and calling with no response. Then the new one assigned to never called. I call back about it to explain I went in a different way to be told give him 5 minutes his about to call to introduce himself well that was wait 2 weeks to late. I don’t have the patience to just sit and wait I was actions they speak louder than works. If the communication skills is this slow I can just imagine how long it will take for my small project. Good job guys.

We had a complicated insurance claim due to laundry room water damage (removal of asbestos, plumbing repairs and finally reconstruction of laundry and storage room. Andrew Helmer with Southern Elite really went above and beyond in walking us through this process. Andrew was available at all times to answer questions and was always very personable and professional. I definitely recommend Southern Elite and Andrew Helmer.

Had a real bad water leak on the west side of my home damaged the master bedroom ,the bathroom, laundry room and storage room .Mark Hetcox ,his team and Keishia came and showed a great sense of urgency to get the job done. They were very professional.knowledgeable , calming and informing.they really help me through some tough time .I truly recommend them especially for the Sr group. Thanks Guys

The repairs done to my bathroom were amazing. I almost didn't recognize my bathroom. The site manager was Jared H. He was very responsive and made sure to rectify any issues as soon possible that came up. The customer service excellent. The company regularly checked in about the repairs being done. Good job and I love my bathroom!!!

Mark with Southern-Elite did a great job when he was assigned to my home. The company themselves took too long. After the job finally began and Mark was assigned to me, I have to give him a lot of credit. He got in there and completed the job, cleaned up, and kept me abreast of everything every step of the way. My kitchen looks great and is functional. Thanks Mark! It is a 5 star for Mark!

If I could rate them zero I would. Zion has messed up my estimate twice causing my claim to continue to be pushed back. He looked me in my eye and said he would take care of it. We are going on six months and nothing has happened other than them making excuses and screwing up estimates. This second estimate is missing an entire bathroom which will cause the claim to be slowed down even further. Don’t use them if you want your house fixed.

Andrew and Jared were very professional throughout the process. They responded in a timely manner and worked to resolve all issues that came up.
