Constraction reviews in Columbus, Georgia

The men at Greer Home Solutions gave of their time and skill to House of Heroes-CVC and worked on one of our veteran's home, repairing and painting walls. They did an awesome job and our veteran was very pleased. Pam

I couldn’t ask for a better, more professional job! They remodeled my kitchen, master bathroom, and installed LVP throughout my entire home! I am absolutely thrilled with the end result! I definitely chose the right team for the job! The entire process was as quick and painless for me as possible!

I have called a number of companies in the Columbus area. Greer was the only one that called back within a timely manner. He showed up when I said he will show up and did an outstanding job. I had him do 3 different jobs as in placing a fence back up, rebuilding a screened in porch, and replacing a large section of tile. He was in communication the entire time, honest and prices were fair. He is a very hard worker and I would recommend him to anyone . I will be calling him back for more projects.

A Royal flush is better than a Full house any day and this is what you’ll find should you use the services of Greer Home Solutions. Two Technicians visited my home today to repair toilet and a leaky faucet. The technicians were pleasant to work with. Both individuals were pleasant, professional and eager to complete the job in a timely fashion. The work was completed”right” the first time. An additional caveat the technician explained what the problem was in sufficient detail before, during and after job was completed to my delightful satisfaction. In the future, should I need home maintenance done I know who to call...Greer Home Solution”.

Jacob and crew came and built me a beautiful gazebo in the backyard for a fraction of other estimates I received. I would recommend Jacob Greer to anyone. His crew was fast, affordable, professional and reliable. I really wish I could post pictures of gazebo here. It has become the main attraction of my backyard!!! I have received many compliments.

I called Greer solutions to redo the flooring in my house. The receptionist was such a sweetheart and very professional! Jacob came out and gave me an estimate and within 2 days his crew was out taking up my carpet and laying down my beautiful, new hardwood flooring! 10/10 would recommend

Hired Greer Solutions for a door installation. They were able to come out the next day. Did thorough job. They were courteous, professional, competent and friendly. The quoted price was very good. I recommend them.

Phenomenal work and a pleasure to do business with! We are sometimes apprehensive about hiring contractors due to the fact we have had many issues in the past. It is quite hard to find quality contractors or handymen these days. From the first call Jacob was quite professional and was willing to meet with us the same day to see our project. We discussed the work that needed to be done and how we would proceed forward. His prices were fair and he said he could start the work very soon. We are quite pleased with the process and his crew are also friendly and didn’t mind us snooping around to check out how things were coming along. The final result we were happy with and we will call them in the future for other projects in our home. I would recommend them as they were professional, timely, fair on price and the quality of workmanship. Thanks again!

Greer Home Solutions is owned and operated by a very reliable family. Jacob Greer is a one on one person. He hears you and aims to give you exactly what you are looking for. All my dealings with Jacob, his brother, Parker and his crew have been very satisfactory. I would recommend Greer Home Solutions for any of your home rebuilding or repairing and they also do excellent yardwork.

Had tub replaced with shower, flooring and countertops replaced in two bathrooms and kitchen.. Philip from Greer Solutions did a great job. Very dependable. Kept me informed of what was going on each step of the way and had an attention to detail. Much appreciated. Would recommend and would use them again should a need arise.

Aloha, If you are looking for a repair/remodeling team to give you a peace of mind and put a smile on your family’s face than Greer Solutions is it . Since we bought our home in 2019 we’ve had so many problems. We’ve had many handymen come in and out of our house and I had start to lose trust In people 😞. My home had cast-iron pipes and it had busted and caused water damage inside and outside my home. From the moment I met Jacob Greer I knew that this was someone I could trust . He is a humble man and the people who work for his are a reflection of his hard work and honesty. They not only worked two weeks straight to resolve the issue but they worked even through New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day to make sure that my family and I( at the time stuck in a hotel) would come into a what felt like a brand new home . The smile that they have put on our face is priceless. If there is anyone that is looking to Remodel and or repair your home I highly recommend Jacob Greer and his team of trustworthy men .

Greer home solutions did an awesome job with exterior painting and repairs to my home. They also took care of some interior painting and installation of bathroom lighting as well. The quality of work and attention to detail was outstanding and the price was more than fair. I would absolutely recommend them for price and the quality of their work. Greer Home Solutions will be the first number I call for any future home repairs or improvements.

Called on a Wednesday in Box Springs and received service on a Thursday to change out a leaking water heater. Even went the extra mile on the installation doing a fantastic job. Professional quality and a courteous business all around! Thanks so much Jacob, Karen, and Mike!

I am more than pleased with the work that was done on the front windows of our home by Greer Home Solutions. There was major water damage inside and outside along with painting that was repaired by Tim and Jimmy who were so professional, polite and quick. They also made sure that when they finished everything was clean and put back exactly the way I had it when they came. They are fair, reliable and were done in only about 2 days. I highly recommend them for any of your home repair needs!!

Greer Home Solutions did an amazing job renovating one of our bathrooms! Tile work done to perfection. Took great care protecting the rest of our house in the work area. Wonderful contractors and providers to work with! Will definitely use them again!

Greer Solutions came and did repairs and repainted my house. They are a very professional, polite, and knowledgeable company. Jacob, the owner, is very easy to work with and he is honest and fair with his pricing. He listens to what you would like and go over with you how it will be done. I would recommend them to anyone. I will also have them do more work for me in the future.

I would definitely recommend Greer home solutions for any of your Home remodeling needs. They are on time and efficient. The price was affordable and the guys that worked on my home got there in a timely manner. They were very respectful and kept the line of communication open to where I knew what was going on every step of the way. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for home repairs. I will definitely be using them again.

Do NOT use!! Run and don't look back!! We used them for an extensive master bath renovation and they are not qualified for large jobs. The sub contractors are not skilled, the project lead was unknowledgeable and unavailable most of the time. They will cut corners every step of the way if you don't watch them like a hawk. Terrible experience for the amount of money involved we should have had a great experience and outcome. They nickle and dime and everything is an upcharge. We parted ways before the reno was completed and used a different contractor to finish the bath. He was so responsive we let him remodel our master bedroom instead of Greer Home Solutions.

We have an issue with pinholes in the shower floor grout and two days ago there was a leak inside the wall from the new shower lines installed a year and a half ago. I had to call a plumber to open the wall and fix and now I have a cut open wall that must be repaired.

You cannot reach anyone by phone at Greer Home Solutions.... Keeps going straight to voicemail which is "not set-up". My advice is find a more professional, dependable and reputable contractor.

Good job

Job not finished. He won't respond. DO NOT give this man any money in advance. Not for materials or anything!

Nice they got me a nice metal roof in no time. I highly recommend FNS get her done!
