Disappointed that after agreeing to come give an estimate, we were contacted and told it couldn't be that Tuesday but 2 days later on a Thursday and nothing. No show, no contact.
Texted, no response. Disappointed cause really felt good when we initially meet him at Home Depot .

I do not recommend this company. The process is incomplete, no contracts or timelines, prices are incredibly high, estimates are incorrect and off by thousands of dollars, and the company takes no communication after checks. The owner/project manager does not show up to the site through the process, only when the job is complete, making it hard to correct mistakes. Save your money!

I was very disappointed in the service. I have pictures showing the work they did was not ok. They came to install a sink. After a week I noticed a week later water had collected. It took a while but finally they came to fix it. They said it was not sealed well and put more putty. Then the next day after using the sink the putty around the hole just melted off. I messaged him and he said he would come by a look at it. That was December 30th. I have another leak . I have messaged him all month and he has just ignored me. He finally texted back that he installed it correctly and refused to take responsibility. That it was not his fault that a week later it started to leak. However, no one realizes they have a leak until water has had time to collect. So when I went to go for cleaning supplies I realized it. He also got upset that I had asked him to come back and look at another leak that happened in another sink the night he left after fixing it. Said that it was not his fault and he didn’t touch where it was leaking from. It just randomly started leaking the same day.
He also did not install the faucet very well in the kitchen and the weight was not in the right place. When ever I would use the hose it would not go back up. He also was upset that he had to fix that. I’m sure this is an isolated occurrence and I do realize he mostly has good reviews. That is why we choose him. I just wish he treated us with the professionalism he did others. I now have to pay someone else to come fix his mistake. I guess $230 was not a big enough job for him to care.
I hate submitting negative reviews. That is why I gave him several opportunities to respond. This whole process started December 1st. I did advise him if we could not come to a conclusion that I would have to file a complaint....he ignored my message.

Update : after he has denied any involvement in this and accused me of messing with it so he would have to fix it .... makes no sense .... I have paid someone else to fix this. He has confirmed that the whole disposal was loose and was a simple fix. Everything is in working order. When y’all came the second time the only thing that they did was put so much putty it oozed out the top ... I would not hire this man for small jobs . He does not stand behind his work.

Jacob and his crew always come by on a regular schedule and make my yard beautiful. He is my regular yard maintenance man and i have also used him for some stone work and landscaping and he does a great job with both.

Paid Greer in 2023. I cancelled. Didn't see refund. Mar 4 2024 spoke with secretary. Afterwards, all calls to voicemail. Called from different number, she answered. Appt to meet next day.No show (she was getting tags renewed). Mar 24 got letter with proof of refund. Greer wrote don't call or come by office. I'll be REMOVED and CHARGED! Never raised my voice, curse, or rude to him. WTH? Greer is unprofessional & disrespectful.Avoid!

Did a great job building and painting my kitchen cabinets and fixing the water leak after my water damage event. Also replaced some fans and an exterior light and repaired some drywall. Great quality of work, great value, friendly crew!

I contacted Mr. Greer at the last minute for some installation of light. He was very polite and professional as well as the gentleman who installed the lights. He cleaned behind himself and was very quick. Great job

I called Greer on 1/30/19 to ask him about installing a couple ceiling fans, mounting a TV, and a few other things. He was very polite and quoted me a price. He said he was on a roof, so I asked if he would like to call me back and he said he would. I never received a call, so I called again on 2/8/19 and left a voicemail. He still never called. Very disappointed after reading such great reviews.

I contracted Jacob and Greer solutions to build a deck on the back of my house. The work and finished product exceeded the vision I had at the first consultation. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for any type of work on their home.
