Installed a closet rack beautifully. I had some time left over so they even helped me install my shower rod. I also received a handwritten thank you note. I will say it was pricey to get it installed but overall worth it. $315 for them to install this.

I had previously used Ace Handyman Service, where I’m originally from, and had a positive experience, so I decided to call them for a quote. After some back-and-forth calling around, getting quotes, further discussions, and considering Ace’s work guarantee, I scheduled an appointment for the door installation.
Overall, I was very pleased to learn that they employ retired veterans. Bill, who came to do the installation, was very courteous and knowledgeable. When he mentioned using Bondo to fill the holes, I immediately felt confident that he knew what he was doing. I stepped away to let him work, and the owner even stopped by to lend a hand. The door fits perfectly!
From a customer service perspective, Rachel communicated with me from the start, outlining what to expect and who would be coming. She even followed up to ensure that I was satisfied with the work. The communication and support were outstanding.

Lacks professionalism and does not complete jobs. He sent an employee to service our ac. The employee was supposed to be there at noon he did not show up until 6:30 in the evening. Scott or his employee did not answer or call about the late arrival. The employee did half of the job, which he did wrong, and stated he would return the following day but he did not. Again, Scott or his employee did not answer when we called the following day.

Scott and his team are the most professional/caring company that I have used. After buying our house (brand new) we had several HVAC issues that we suffered with for almost 3 years, it was a nightmare! I called Scott and he came out the next day to diagnose the problem. Not only were they professional, their prices were better than anyone else I have used. Hot summer nights have a new meaning I when your AC isn’t working. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING SCOTTS!!
