I recommend Knox Pest control for your pest control services. Customer service is great! Services are reasonable and they won't recommend or do what is not needed!!

Roger Thompson did our termite treatment and did an outstanding job of explaining everything he was doing and the why behind the treatment. We are very pleased and confident that we are protected from termites with his work. Roger was training another employee as he treated our home with care and was patient to explain the steps and precautions needed to treat for termite prevention. Knox has a great ambassador for their business in Roger!

I can't say enough good things about Jarrod and the incredible job he did! From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what he does. He took the time to thoroughly inspect the entire property, patiently explained the issue, and laid out a clear plan of action that gave me total peace of mind. Not only did he handle the pest problem efficiently, but he also gave me helpful tips to prevent future issues and you can tell he actually cares about helping people, not just doing a job and leaving. He showed up on time, came fully prepared, and even followed up a few days later to make sure everything was still good.
