Zach has been coming to the ga department of revenue for almost 4 years . He does and amazing job. He also always has a great upbeat additude while he is here. He always says hello and we share a moment of friendly conversation. All around good guy

We have been using Lee Parsons for many years. We were introduced through my mother who had used Knox Pest control religiously. Lee has always done us a great service. Lee is respectful and professional.we call him a friend.

Most satisfied with my decision to go with Knox. Alyssa really knows the services offered. She explained everything well and answered all my questions. Most courteous. I will for sure be a long time customer.

Zack Walters does the pest control here at Synovus Place. He also has done the pest control at multiple other locations for us and he is always the best. Always available, on time and with a great attitude. Nobody better that I would rather deal with at Knox. I would say he should be promoted but then he wouldn't be able to do our services anymore hahaha.

I received an email to make a review so this is the only reason that I am voicing my disappointment online. Knox is a great company. I have been with them since 2019 and NEVER had an issue. We bought a new home, we signed a new contract, and kept the service on now rental property. Our new house experienced an ant issue so I called Knox and they came right on out the next day or two. About 5 days went by and the problem seemed to be getting worse so I called them that Monday and the young lady answered and the said the schedule out to lunch so she would leave a message to call me back. I did not receive a call back so I called first Tuesday morning. The young said th3 scheduler was not in just yet but she would have her call me back. I said "No. I want to speak to someone who can help me because I was told the same thing yesterday and did not receive a call back. She patched me through to another "scheduler", who said that she could not assist because I was not in her area. The receptionist called me back an hour later and said they would come out that Friday. Bye bye Knox. I called a new company and they came the following day PLUS I have not seen any ants since they left.

I hate this happened because I really loved my pest technician, Mr. Larry. But I will not pay a company for services who treats me like garbage after several years of services. You could still give them a try as this is just my bad experience with them so I had to cut ties.

I want to touch on a statement in your response stating "it is our understanding that our Manager reached out to you to try and remedy for you." Your "manager" contacted me several days AFTER this post was made but DID NOT respond to complaints that I called in to report. During the call, your manager apologized for the miscommunication and in the same breath asked when I would like to schedule services. I still stand on my review saying that your communication is terrible and my problem has YET to be addressed. Now, I did you a favor by putting some nice things in my review as I do not bash a business just offer my opinion. However, if another response is made on this app making it appear that you took time to address my issue, I will respond accordingly. Furthermore, you responded 3 weeks after this review as if that is helping your "remedy". I have also included photos of how your company as "remedied" this issue. Good day!

I have had excellent service from Knox Pest Control. My technician, Zack Walters, has always been friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful in any concerns I may have. I highly recommend this company.

Zack is awesome! He is always super friendly, professional, and really knows his stuff. He takes the time to explain everything and makes sure all of our concerns are taken care of. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Great experience all around — highly recommend Zack if you need pest control!

We’ve been a Knox customer for around ten years. Although we’ve had some issues in the past, since Knox started sending Mr. Johnny out as our technician, we’ve been very happy. Effective pest control, very friendly and courteous, always calls to let us know he’s on his way.
