Jarrod with Knox Pest Control is great. He calls me before each service to let me know he is own his way and to make sure it is still OK for him to come. He is always very polite and professional. I have two small dogs and he always makes sure the back gate is shut and latched so they do not get out.

I want to show some love to Eric Donaldson, he is the Regional Manager for Knox Pest Control in GA. I posted a review two days ago and immediately received a call from Eric to address my concerns. He scheduled an appointment with me and was at my home yesterday to address them. As a student of business I must say that customer service is my biggest concern. I strongly believe that if the customers is not satisfied the company will not be prosperous and shouldn’t be. Eric is very professional and I can discern that he is very genuine about his service to his customers. He gave me his personal phone number and told me to save it. He made my concerns his. Eric I want to thank you again for your attention to detail and your efforts to resolve my concerns. Most of all I want to thank you for your humility. Customer service at its best!!! Definitely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!

Lee Parsons is so friendly and does a great job. They schedule service ahead of time, but Lee goes so far to even let me know when my house is his next stop. We've been a happy customer for several years now.

He is friendly, professional and takes the time to check in with us to see if we’ve been having any specific problems. He also takes the time and pays attention to areas where our son plays and has toys stored outside, which I really appreciate.

I signed up for a yearly contract with a clear issue of wanting them to address argentine ants. The treatments (4 quarterly and 2 call backs) did absolutely nothing. They indicated that they treat the outside of the house fairly close to the house as a measure to prevent insects from going into the house. The service people that came to the house were good people and did as they were supposed to do. It was not the same people each time but the different people were a good positive reflection of the company. The problem was that their product does not work. I or any other home owner could do the same or even better. I think the contract is a rip off because they tell you if your are not satisfied they will come out for no charge. You end up with extra treatments that also do not work. I was so dissatisfied that I was going to cancel the contract but I was told I had to pay for the full year even though the service was stopped. So I let it go on for the year and cancelled as soon as the contract was satisfied. Nice people but they trap you into a contract if the service does not perform as needed. If the service does not work...the call backs also do not work. If you are looking for a pest control service be sure you can cancel if the service does not provide the services requested/needed. Best bet: Just do the work yourself....you will do a better job.

The manager read a comment i made about knox pest control seen a comment i made about them in a post on facebook and replied with his number for me to contact him. I called him and explained to him the problem i had and he said that the woman they had that scheldued the yearly inspections for the ones that had that plan was to blame and they had fired her and he would look into the problem i had. That was about 3 or 4 months ago and he would get back with me and he assured me he would but he never did.
