Great value and company. I have used them for over a year and will continue to use them. No issue is to small or large for them.

Pool Service has been ok, but these guys only have one guy that can actually work on Pool Equipment. I have been waiting going on three weeks for him to return back to fix Pool Heater and Pool Filter.

I LOVE the.mom and pop businesses, and being on St Charles St, this place had everything "old school" New Orleans that I was looking for! I loved the atmosphere, the people, and the food! There wasn't the tourist seafood/cajun menu, but just a genuine NOLA establishment. Being from Houma and loving the city of New Orleans my whole life, it was perfect! I hope to visit again!

I had a in ground pool installed about 4 1/2 year ago this pool was over $27,000 dollars was good for a short time but began to have problems and as long as I was giving him business he would fix what came up but now this year the pool started sinking on left side and continued to get worse I have spoke with Mr.Joey Eiland he told me that he will take care of me keep in mind this problem started with the install of the pool his guy that was dinging the hole had built up on the left side of the pool wall with dirt this is where the issue lies now the wall has sunk about 2 inches and the pool liner on the left side is pulling away from the wall and the concrete walk on the left side has sunk.

This pool has cost to much for it to being doing this but the topper is he want me to pay him $4,200 to fix the issue that if he had put it in correctly the first time we would not be having this problem.I have more photos buyer beware. this has been resolved Mr. Joey Eiland contacted me about the issue with my pool he has always been a very nice guy with that said he has fixed the issue above and beyond just to make me a happy customer Mr.Eiland takes pride in his work and with him fixing the problem with my pool shows that. His main concern was to get me back swimming again THANK YOU JOEY FOR TAKING PRIDE AND CARING FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS . p.s this will be a five star if anyone needs pools.

Our pool was done by Eiland pools in 2012. The process was professional and we absolutely love it. Recently we decided to extend the concrete to have more patio space so called Eiland pools.... they had the job done in a timely manner! We can not wait to start having parties to enjoy our beautiful outdoor oasis!!

We are very pleased with the work done by Joey and his team. During the consultation, we were told that it would be a long wait. Well it was well worth it! Once the project started, Joey stayed in communication with us via email, text, and calls. We even zoomed a couple of times to confirm some things. Oh, and the patience shown was remarkable! We had a lot of questions, but Joey assured us they were welcomed. He told is "this is a big investment and we want you to be happy with the outcome." He definitely demonstrated it too. His crew was very friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. Bill topped everything off with the landscaping. It made a huge difference. I have to mention Ken with pool school. He is a human Google search engine! My head was spinning with all the information, however, he knew what he was talking about. One suggestion I have is that a quick reference pamphlet be provided to customers with the most important information to maintain the pool. This will allow those who want to maintain it themselves a resource at their fingertips. Overall, everything turned out great! I highly recommend Eliand Pool by Exstream for your pool needs. They will truly build to suit!

There are no adequate words to express my satisfaction and gratitude to everyone who has been assisting me at Eiland Pools. My husband was my pool caretaker and when he had a stroke I was left to care for the pool and had no idea what to do. I had searched for reliable and effective pool cleaners with no luck and finally a friend recommended Eiland Pools. They have been my saving grace. They have worked diligently to remove the swamp in my yard and return it to a sparkling oasis. They have worked so hard and taken time to explain what I need to do in great detail so I can manage the pool between visits. It is a relief to know I can manage the pool or have someone provide advice as needed. Thank you so much to Brett, Brent, and Brandon for everything you have done to make my life easier! Joey and his guys did a great job on our pool. About a year after installation, we started having a weird electrical issue. Joey and his guys worked on it until they diagnosed the issue and corrected it. Their service after the sale was excellent.

Eiland Pools is fantastic! Joey Eiland has gone above and beyond to make my backyard dreams come true! From the initial meeting to discuss what I wanted until it came to fruition, Joey kept me updated every step of the way! He has been extremely helpful, patient, honest and kind. I am beyond happy with his work and I love my pool! I can't wait to use it this summer!

This has been the most amazing experience working with Eiland pools by Exstream. To say they were in constant communication is an understatement, they called us at every step of the way to let us know where we were and the next steps. They were upfront if we had any delays and let us know ahead of time (mainly weather related). They worked with us on design changes and gave us their design options (which looked way better than ours). Besides the rain delays they were ahead of schedule without delays of waiting on materials. Their staff is extremely hard working, knowledgeable and diligent. If you want a no stress pool installed by a knowledgeable and trustworthy company I would choose Eiland pools by Exstream. Thank you again for the generous pool our family and friends can enjoy for years to come!

Truly the best at what they do. Joey Eiland, the owner, is a very creative and hard working individual. These guys give 110% everyday. Expect nothing less than magic when dealing with these people!

They will offer a discount if you pay in full upfront and then back charge you to death before completing the job. Everything is someone else’s fault. I’ve had to hire two other companies (electrical and pool) to fix issues.

Do not use Eiland Pools by Extreme, I repeat DO NOT use them. Worst experience of my life and still not complete after 2 years. Fired them and had to hire someone else to finish. Do not mistake this company with the Eiland pool family.

Ken with EILAND pools is amazing. Even when he try’s to be off he will respond to any issues you may be having. Shout out to Ken for being a great guy with awesome customer service. He will never steer you in the wrong way for anything.

I would not recommend this company. New owner Bill does not communicate. The previous ownership did my friends pool. So, I gave them a call. He came out to inspect my backyard. And never gave me a price or even tried to contact me. Straight ghosted me. But, after reading some of the new reviews. I am glad he didn’t get my business. I would recommend Spring Water pools!

ABSOLUTELY WORST pool building experience-THIS is a newer owner! I REPEAT DO NOT USE this company! This is not the same owner, where all these good reviews come from years past! This company is now owned and “ran” by Bill Swain. We’ve had a simple 3 month pool project turn into a TWO year ordeal of nightmare trying to just have a working pool-from substandard shoddy construction, faulty installation, and the worst part is false promises from Bill Swain and terrible communication the entire process AFTER HE RECEIVES PAYMENT. Whether it’s lack of knowledge or taking shortcuts, I encourage anyone looking to TRUST this man as reputable to provide what he promises to deliver, you most likely will be severely disappointed, regardless of how NICE of a salesman he is. I honestly always try to see the best in everyone and this is the first google review I’ve done, but I’ve heard several similar terrible experiences with Bill Swain and I don’t want anyone else in the Columbus/Harris County area to endure what we have. Our family has had 2 years of GRACE and PATIENCE, and trying to be understanding with all of his excuses but ultimately after all of our kindness and a long two years of intermittent attempts to finish what takes a competent pool contractor to do in a month or less start to finish, he left us with a non useable uncompleted leaking pool with no liner-no calls from him, no response back after months of trying to contact, nothing! We’ve had to spend a lot of heartache and now more money to remedy what he left unfinished, after he was PAID! The pictures speak for themselves.
