My technician Torin was on time, professional, knowledgeable and explained everything to me. He replaced the part needed and serviced my A/C unit. My home is now feeling GREAT thanks to him!

Nothing but everything professional & honest workmanship! You see so many clips on TV with hidden cameras of folks getting ripped off & stuff. It can make you weary. But this company is legit. I was referred by someone now I'm referring to everybody that reads this review. There are still good honest businesses out there.

I liked everything about the company and would highly recommend them to everyone I know. The owners are genuine down to earth people and are extremely keen on making sure customer needs are fully met. Only reason I am not giving them a 5 is because I had a little hiccup with sales at the beginning.

After paying 584 dollars we remained uncomfortable and in the heat. 95° Begging multiple times for a callback or help we thought we were gonna die. Another company came to the rescue and fixed the issue. I'll never call them for help again.

They where professional, respectful of my house by wearing shoe covers, entering with their mask on, explained their finding, covering with me what needed to be addressed immediately and what could be done at a later date. I would not think of going anywhere else. 5 star service. Thank you. P.S. good price!!

The technicians were professional, honest and reasonable. At a time when clean air is so important they made sure my vents and ducts were clean and sanitized. I would absolutely recommend them to all of my friends and family!

After asking for help from my Nextdoor community, I was referred to call Nathaniel at Comfort Central Cooling and Heating in Covington. I was having an issue with my cooling system where no matter what temperature we set the A/C to, the temperature in my house would always rise in the later part of the day and take the longest to cool off at night. It would start out at 69 degrees in the morning, and by 7pm it would be 78 degrees.
Nathaniel listened to the problem, and assured me that he would be upfront with me about pricing, and any issues that needed to be resolved with my unit. He jumped right in to look up the warranty info on my Lennox unit and told me that he could have someone out as soon as the next day.
I took a look at the reviews on Google, Nextdoor and BBB and determined that although I have a home warranty, I would give Comfort Central Cooling and Heating.
The next day, I spoke to Tiffany at the office, who was so sweet and very knowledgeable. She took my information and spoke with Nathaniel to confirm the issues that I was having and scheduled someone to come within a few hours to my home. She stayed in contact with me updating me on the service appointment the entire time that the tech was there.
So far, the tech found that my unit was very very dirty, and low on refrigerant and has been diligently working to get my unit running properly again! I am so glad that I called Comfort Central Cooling & Heating! This has been such a pleasant experience!

The 2 men were very professional and answered all of my questions. Very knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again. Pricing was reasonable also. Great job! Highly recommend this company.

Was told I was gonna have an appointment. Cancelled. Told I was gonna have another appointment. Cancelled. Then got scheduled for a week out. Only 85 degrees with a newborn and no a/c. No biggie. 4 trips out and the problem is still not fixed… good times

I was having issues with my dryer. The job was done in a timely manner and the best part of the process, I was able to learn. Thank you for being professional. I can tell you all know what you are doing and you care about your customers. I look forward doing business with you all in the future.

They always provide STELLAR service and go above and beyond because they care I appreciate the work that Nathaniel put in for us to make sure we have heat, which is crucial considering the forecasted drop in temperatures and snow coming our way

7 days after tech serviced ac unit, it stopped working completely. Claim that the $98 service fee is waived with same day service but still charge you for it. When I called to speak with a supervisor, they never called. $700 for nothing.

I was at my wits end with AC unit. I placed a call for service and was fortunate to receive an immediate appointment after explaining my dilemma. They were professional, responsive and questioned me to make sure they understood in totality what was needed. Problem resolved and at a reasonable price. Would definitely hire again.

I feel like my tech explained enough to get by, but I feel like nothing was really done about the issue of why my unit just shut off in the middle of the night. I had someone come out and replace my transformer and zoning board but said my unit was under warranty and when I called to get it serviced, my technician really didn't do anything but tighten up a few wires that were loose and said everything is fine. Charged me 350 dollars for nothing. The receipt states install a fuse holder in the transformer. Not sure what the ST600453 fee of 110.25 dollars was for.

The two techs was very professional and knowledgeable with explaining their cleaning process from beginning to end as well as other comfort central services that may be helpful to me in the future. Cleaned up behind themselves and was very careful of how they maneuverd throughout my home with all their equipment. My wife and I was very impressed that Comfort Central obviously trains their techs that customer service is more valuable to the customer than the service itself. Which I have seen many other company's have forgotten.

Torin is our go to and we love that he is on-time, efficient, very responsive, professional, kind, and knows what he is doing! We are so happy for his prompt service to our cooling needs! He is the best!

I have been using Comfort for 4 years. My AC would not come on called 5/13/2023 Saturday and they came out on mother's day. Very professional. Problem was minor. They have service plans also very affordable they come in the fall and spring. Cleans unit change fitler and test the unit. I have referred them to many neighbors. Now I'm referring you. Call Comfort Heating and cooling.

I would recommend Comfort Central Cooling & Heating to everyone I know. I had an issue with my AC in 90 plus degree weather for over 10 days. The company my home warranty chose to replace the unit was slow in response. I called Comfort Central and they came out the next day and installed a new unit. The price was great, and the customer service was phenomenal!

Comfort Central Cooling arrived early and started working outside until I arrived home. The workers were efficient and cleaned all areas as they worked. The installation was quiet and completed ahead of time. I was given a quick tutorial on how to use the new digital thermostat. However, there was no manual to refer back to and is needed. The owner kept me up to date on the progress of the installation.
