I cannot say enough positive things about Comfort Central They were incredibly responsive and professional from start to finish. Mr. Howard was a true gem – knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient.

When our heat went out right before Thanksgiving, I was panicking. Comfort Central quickly diagnosed the issue, ordered the necessary part, and returned the next day to get our heat working just in time for the holiday.

Their prompt service and dedication to customer satisfaction truly saved our Thanksgiving. I highly recommend Comfort Central HVAC to anyone in need of reliable and efficient HVAC services.

Came out quickly and diagnosed the problem. Said it would be 5-7 days for a part. No communication after 7 days. Part was supposedly MIA (which I only found out after calling to ask about). A few days went by with unclear communication about how to move forward/if the part was reordered, lost, etc. Finally, after many calls and days, we were told they had no idea when the part would come in and that maybe we should just get an entirely new A/C unit if we wanted it done quickly. The quote went to $4000 (it began as $950 for the part ). This was about 3 weeks after not having air in July with a very pregnant wife and two young kids.

We declined and went elsewhere. Not only did they get the part in 2 days, BUT they informed us our entire A/C system was still under warranty and charged us only $200 total for the visit, part, and labor. Our air was fixed within 4 days of us calling the other company.

Staggering difference between the $1000 and then $4000 quote. And the difference of four days versus nearly a month. Not to mention the complete lack of communication. We had to practically beg comfort to return our calls and answer questions during a heat wave in July.

We loved Comfort Central for years but once Tiffany left, it all went down hill. We paid for a service agreement, but they did not provide any service. I called multiple times and was told a service manager would call me back. My emails and calls were not returned. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my credit card company. So sad to go from a company we highly recommended to one we would never recommend.

I just had the most amazing experience with this company you could ever imagine!! I needed both systems done and he came in and saw exactly what I needed and got the job done.. Whenever you need HVAC service give these guys a call. They are the BEST‼️ 💕💕

Comfort Central, wow what fantastic experience, they showed up on time and replaced 2 units. The technicians were super friendly and professional. Their work was clean and spotless we couldn't even tell anyone had been working. The lead tech Nate was professional and made sure everything was working properly and showed us how everything worked. Highly recommend using CCC&H.

Our fan stop working on our upstairs unit today and needless to say the heat was brutal. We called at 3:50 and received a same day 6-8pm appointment. Our technician called and was here within the hr. Our unit is now back up and running since the technician had the needed part with him. Stellar service. I attached the photo of the time we initially called.

Installation was flawless and prompt. Staff was courteous. Exceptional service.
7/14/2024 Update - My system has gone out twice. The 1st time was mid June. A technician came out and stated that I had a power surge and all should be good now. Today, 7/14/2024, it is 83 degrees in my house. I am HOT and no longer satisfied with the product or the service. I have contacted Comfort Central AGAIN and I will be contacting the manufacturer.

C - H Hearing & Air has been my HVAC team for several years now. Chuck came to my home on Christmas Eve to fix my thermostat so we could have heat. My new house had cold and warm spots. He and his team came to the house and installed a blower and new thermostats and it worked like a charm. My office is now cooling like the rest of the house. Thank you for your continued professionalism and rapid response! These guys are top notch.

C-H Heating and A/C has provided maintenance and repair services for our church HVAC units for several years. We have been thoroughly pleased with the professionalism and attentiveness to repairing and servicing older units. Their services have extended the life of several units that were previously not functioning or at a fraction of their capacity. We highly recommend their services.
