The technician was on time and was very professionalism. This is my first time using this service and I would definitely use them again.

My ac system was installed on a very hot day. They were very professional despite the heat and unbearable work conditions. My house is now comfortably cool now thanks to Torin and his helper.

Justin came on time and was very professional. He fixed, what ended up being, a small problem. We were so glad we didn't have to replace anything and he was honest and thorough.

Contacted me by text when arriving. Was actually an hour early. Diagnosed quickly and had to follow up next day. Informed me of other issues which I suspected. Like their use of texting which keeps you updated on status.

The technician that came out was just the sweetest guy he got everything taken care of very fast they came earlier than what I was scheduled for which was wonderful they offered that again the guy was just so nice and the heat back on thank you

Let me be clear builders suck. 1 year in a house and the ac breaks. Warranty you ask what warranty. But that's where comfort came in. Worked with me every step of the way and explained what was happening and why. And they are totally upfront with cost.

Nothing but everything professional & honest workmanship! You see so many clips on TV with hidden cameras of folks getting ripped off & stuff. It can make you weary. But this company is legit. I was referred by someone now I'm referring to everybody that reads this review. There are still good honest businesses out there.

I liked everything about the company and would highly recommend them to everyone I know. The owners are genuine down to earth people and are extremely keen on making sure customer needs are fully met. Only reason I am not giving them a 5 is because I had a little hiccup with sales at the beginning.

After paying 584 dollars we remained uncomfortable and in the heat. 95° Begging multiple times for a callback or help we thought we were gonna die. Another company came to the rescue and fixed the issue. I'll never call them for help again.

They where professional, respectful of my house by wearing shoe covers, entering with their mask on, explained their finding, covering with me what needed to be addressed immediately and what could be done at a later date. The technicians were professional, honest and reasonable. At a time when clean air is so important they made sure my vents and ducts were clean and sanitized. I would absolutely recommend them to all of my friends and family!

After asking for help from my Nextdoor community, I was referred to call Nathaniel at Comfort Central Cooling and Heating in Covington. I was having an issue with my cooling system where no matter what temperature we set the A/C to, the temperature in my house would always rise in the later part of the day and take the longest to cool off at night. It would start out at 69 degrees in the morning, and by 7pm it would be 78 degrees.
Nathaniel listened to the problem, and assured me that he would be upfront with me about pricing, and any issues that needed to be resolved with my unit. He jumped right in to look up the warranty info on my Lennox unit and told me that he could have someone out as soon as the next day.
I took a look at the reviews on Google, Nextdoor and BBB and determined that although I have a home warranty, I would give Comfort Central Cooling and Heating.
The next day, I spoke to Tiffany at the office, who was so sweet and very knowledgeable. She took my information and spoke with Nathaniel to confirm the issues that I was having and scheduled someone to come within a few hours to my home. She stayed in contact with me updating me on the service appointment the entire time that the tech was there.
So far, the tech found that my unit was very very dirty, and low on refrigerant and has been diligently working to get my unit running properly again! I am so glad that I called Comfort Central Cooling & Heating! This has been such a pleasant experience!
