Was told I was gonna have an appointment. Cancelled. Told I was gonna have another appointment. Cancelled. Then got scheduled for a week out. Only 85 degrees with a newborn and no a/c. No biggie. 4 trips out and the problem is still not fixed… good times

They always provide STELLAR service and go above and beyond because they care I appreciate the work that Nathaniel put in for us to make sure we have heat, which is crucial considering the forecasted drop in temperatures and snow coming our way

7 days after tech serviced ac unit, it stopped working completely. Claim that the $98 service fee is waived with same day service but still charge you for it. When I called to speak with a supervisor, they never called. $700 for nothing.

I was at my wits end with AC unit. I placed a call for service and was fortunate to receive an immediate appointment after explaining my dilemma. They were professional, responsive and questioned me to make sure they understood in totality what was needed. Problem resolved and at a reasonable price. Would definitely hire again.

I feel like my tech explained enough to get by, but I feel like nothing was really done about the issue of why my unit just shut off in the middle of the night. I had someone come out and replace my transformer and zoning board but said my unit was under warranty and when I called to get it serviced, my technician really didn't do anything but tighten up a few wires that were loose and said everything is fine. Charged me 350 dollars for nothing. The receipt states install a fuse holder in the transformer. Not sure what the ST600453 fee of 110.25 dollars was for.

The two techs was very professional and knowledgeable with explaining their cleaning process from beginning to end as well as other comfort central services that may be helpful to me in the future. Cleaned up behind themselves and was very careful of how they maneuverd throughout my home with all their equipment. My wife and I was very impressed that Comfort Central obviously trains their techs that customer service is more valuable to the customer than the service itself. Which I have seen many other company's have forgotten.

Torin is our go to and we love that he is on-time, efficient, very responsive, professional, kind, and knows what he is doing! We are so happy for his prompt service to our cooling needs! He is the best!

I have been using Comfort for 4 years. My AC would not come on called 5/13/2023 Saturday and they came out on mother's day. Very professional. Problem was minor. They have service plans also very affordable they come in the fall and spring. Cleans unit change fitler and test the unit. I have referred them to many neighbors. Now I'm referring you. Call Comfort Heating and cooling.

I would recommend Comfort Central Cooling & Heating to everyone I know. I had an issue with my AC in 90 plus degree weather for over 10 days. The company my home warranty chose to replace the unit was slow in response. I called Comfort Central and they came out the next day and installed a new unit. The price was great, and the customer service was phenomenal!

Comfort Central Cooling arrived early and started working outside until I arrived home. The workers were efficient and cleaned all areas as they worked. The installation was quiet and completed ahead of time. I was given a quick tutorial on how to use the new digital thermostat. However, there was no manual to refer back to and is needed. The owner kept me up to date on the progress of the installation.

I cannot say enough positive things about Comfort Central They were incredibly responsive and professional from start to finish. Mr. Howard was a true gem – knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient.

When our heat went out right before Thanksgiving, I was panicking. Comfort Central quickly diagnosed the issue, ordered the necessary part, and returned the next day to get our heat working just in time for the holiday.

Came out quickly and diagnosed the problem. Said it would be 5-7 days for a part. No communication after 7 days. Part was supposedly MIA (which I only found out after calling to ask about). A few days went by with unclear communication about how to move forward/if the part was reordered, lost, etc. Finally, after many calls and days, we were told they had no idea when the part would come in and that maybe we should just get an entirely new A/C unit if we wanted it done quickly. The quote went to $4000 (it began as $950 for the part ). This was about 3 weeks after not having air in July with a very pregnant wife and two young kids.

We declined and went elsewhere. Not only did they get the part in 2 days, BUT they informed us our entire A/C system was still under warranty and charged us only $200 total for the visit, part, and labor. Our air was fixed within 4 days of us calling the other company.

Staggering difference between the $1000 and then $4000 quote. And the difference of four days versus nearly a month. Not to mention the complete lack of communication. We had to practically beg comfort to return our calls and answer questions during a heat wave in July.

We loved Comfort Central for years but once Tiffany left, it all went down hill. We paid for a service agreement, but they did not provide any service. I called multiple times and was told a service manager would call me back. My emails and calls were not returned. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my credit card company. So sad to go from a company we highly recommended to one we would never recommend.

I just had the most amazing experience with this company you could ever imagine!! I needed both systems done and he came in and saw exactly what I needed and got the job done.. Whenever you need HVAC service give these guys a call. They are the BEST‼️ 💕💕

Comfort Central, wow what fantastic experience, they showed up on time and replaced 2 units. The technicians were super friendly and professional. Their work was clean and spotless we couldn't even tell anyone had been working. The lead tech Nate was professional and made sure everything was working properly and showed us how everything worked. Highly recommend using CCC&H.

Our fan stop working on our upstairs unit today and needless to say the heat was brutal. We called at 3:50 and received a same day 6-8pm appointment. Our technician called and was here within the hr. Our unit is now back up and running since the technician had the needed part with him. Stellar service. I attached the photo of the time we initially called.
