We have used Danilo's twice, and would like to provide the pros and cons of working with them:
Pros:
-Prices are competitive, and even if they're not your lowest bid, they will work with you.
-The team came out and cut the trees safely and efficiently
Cons:
-They tend to miss roots when stump grinding, so it's helpful to double check their work to make sure they get everything
-Their bulldozer leaked a substantial amount of oil on our driveway and asphalt. They sent someone to pressure wash our driveway, but refused to do anything with the asphalt road because it's a public road. In speaking with several pressure washing companies, they recommended if we used a heated pressure washer the oil could be washed out of the asphalt, but Michael at Danilo's refused to do that. I requested a discount off our job because my husband ended up washing the asphalt, and his response was he had agreed to throw in cutting 2 small trees at the beginning of the job. The thing that doesn't make sense to me is the fact that Michael had agreed to cut the 2 trees prior to there ever being any issues because we had referred multiple jobs their way, and we had used them before. Now all of a sudden, the 2 trees are supposed to be used as a payment for the leaks?
We tipped their team for the work, and we paid for the work. So I don't understand why it's okay to leave the road with oil all over it as if it's not your responsibility.

This company has horrible work etiquette and they are sloppy workers
They showed up at my house at 2:30 Fri for a 9am appt. Broke my deck, dented my shed, broke the top of my fence, destoyed my rose bush, flower bed and lawn. They also left all the grinding from the tree stump. When confronted with the issues their only recourse was to discount the price by$100 and fix the deck. We paid this Company $3700. I've had several tress cut down before by other companies and I have never had issues like this!! WORSE COMPANY EVER!! RUN!!

Only did half the work on spreading pinestraw, no supervisor on site who knew the details of what was supposed to be done.
Cut out a full bush by mistake.
Been weeks of trying to get them to finish the job and replace the bush that was cut.
Run around on the phone everytime i call.
Had good experience with their tree service, but doubt I'll ever want to use them again for anything else.

Update.
Supervisor came out today and finished the work. Took persistence on my part, but they did the work. Replacement bush is quite small, but I'll live with it.

I am trying to be fair here on this review... The estimator, tree crew were very polite, knowledgeable, and tree crew did a GREAT JOB! However customer service needs improvement with all communication with the customer. Had to follow up with customer service a few times. They forgot to stump grind the two trees after sending the invoice for payment. Was very disappointed with the final clean-up. After grinding the stump we had to haul away 3 full truckloads of clipping to the city dump. I felt this was a little excessive to leave behind for the customer to take care of. I would have paid extra not to haul all this away myself.

We had a wonderful experience with Danilo's! They replaced my rotten retaining wall with stone blocks and added sod to my backyard! They were helpful along the way & we will definitely use them again in the future!

I had a giant pine tree in my front yard that had been leaning towards the streets and power lines for years, it suddenly appeared to be leaning even more. I called Danilo’s for an estimate, they met my lowest estimate and within a week we’re out to remove the tree. It was complicated because of all the power lines, but they skillfully used a crane and worked quickly. I’m VERY happy with the results!

The team that came to cut down a massive tree in my front yard was simply amazing! They followed up multiple times prior to the day if the job! The customer service was superb and they took no time getting that tree cut, removed, cleaned up and even planted my new Japanese maple. They were about $500 cheaper than my normal tree company. With this said, I would recommend them 1,000 times! Great company with excellent pricing!

I needed a large tree close to my house that was dropping large limbs removed. Danilo quoted a fair price. He arrived with a crew of 4 men to carefully guide the cut limbs away from the house and pull them to a waiting truck. They blew clean the whole yard when they finished. I was pleased with the professional quality of his work. They promised to also trim the side yard trees but only trimmed one. Please get specifics if you hire him.

Danilo’s was amazing! Called the day after I requested a quote, came out the next week. Michael was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He allowed me to make request without arguing about how a tree should be trimmed like other companies.
The scheduling of service was delayed a bit due to the crew being out of town for hurricane relief. As soon as they were back they came the next day. They worked, fast and cleaned up well. We are extremely pleased with the whole process. They made it extremely easy!

Another job completed for me. Great service and work. Very efficient, caring crew to do exactly what was requested to be done. This is a great company to do business with. Thanks for doing an awesome job!

This company is terrible. I contracted to have burmuda grass planted in my yard where the two small trees were cut down to match my yard. Danilo's planted rye grass. I brought this to their attention (Emanuel). Obviously it was ignored. I spent a considerable amout of money watering the grass every day for four weeks. All the grass died.
I contacted Emanuel who stated the company did not warrant seeds although I had brought it to his attention that the wrong seeds were planted in my yard.I was also overcharged for the two small trees cut down. He was very inconsiderate and did not offer me any restitution for the shabby job. A big mistate on my part and I will never request their services again or refer them.

Great team of guys! They get the job done, have a positive attitude , and have fair pricing. I will definitely use them again!

I can't say enough about how great of a job Danilo's did completely transforming our backyard. Firstly, working with Michael from Danilo's was the easiest experience I've ever had working with a contractor. He was prompt, friendly, responsive, and flexible. Things happened when they said they would happen, delays were communicated clearly and had reasonable explanations, and he frequently checked in on the work to make sure it was going as planned. I had two other landscape companies come out to quote the work, and Michael was the only one to return a quote. Not only that, he did so in 1.5 days, directly to my inbox, with their Insurance information.

Secondly, the workers of Danilo's did an excellent job. They literally worked through sun, wind, and rain to complete the job on time. They did this grueling work during 90 degree temperatures without complaint. They were respectful of my property and my neighbors.

Lastly, their prices were very reasonable. I sourced competing offers for a few components of the work I was doing and was unable to find a significantly better price that would have warranted me piecemealing the job between multiple companies.

I simply cannot recommend Danilo's enough, and will continue to send friends and neighbors their way.

Danilo's Professional Tree Service has been serving my property needs since 2015. Their price is affordable and Scheduling punctuaI. They show up prepared and on time. I have a Professional and servicing relationship with Michael, Mario and the office staff. When I call the staff are cordial as well as concern about how I am doing and how they can help. I cannot see using any other company for my tree cutting needs.

Great work. They were fast, efficient, and professional from the first phone call. They were able to get the job done a week earlier then expected. We are already scheduled to have more work done with them. Really wish we would have found them sooner.

I spoke with Martin on two separate occasions on my property while getting quotes. I had told him I’d had trees removed on three other properties and was tired of having my lawn destroyed. He assured me they’d protect it with rubber mats. Well, I should have gotten that in writing as the crew had them but would not use them. They were too deep into the work to send them on their way. I know the 18 year old wasn’t in charge but instead did speak the best English. I told him Martin said they’d put down the mats and he said they won’t work. To be honest, they didn’t look like they’d ever been off the trailer Anyway, they work hard for sure. Left cigarette butts throughout the yard, rake a big limb over my new barn roof and tore up a fence. They replaced bent fence pole and finally after about 4-5 weeks reimbursed me for the roof repair. Long story long, whatever they say they’re going to do, have them put it in writing first. This cost me 8500.00 and they did nothing to protect my property as I told The 18 year old and Martin.

I have been using Danilo for past 8 years for my properties.michael and his team are great. Very professional and good value. I only call on Michael as I know I am getting a fair price. No need to shop around.
On time and do what was agreed to.

Very professional crew who did a great job in taking down some monster trees without collateral damage. The clean-up after the work was meticulous. Highly recommended.

Danilo's did a fantastic job with the tree service in my backyard. Their guys were very impressive, and took utmost care not to damage anything.

The trees were extremely tall and there was very little space in the backyard, but everything came down / lowered very professionally!

The crew was on time, very efficient, and got the job done in less time than I anticipated. The cleanup was phenomenal, they did a great job getting the backyard squared away looking neat.

They are very warm, honest / professional people- A-1 service triple thumbs up!

I would hire them again, and will definitely recommend to friends and family.
