Angel and his crew showed up the morning I called them. I’d already gotten a quote of $8k from a different contractor for an “emergency removal” Angel said that number was outrageous and saved me so much money, only charging 2k for the same service. He let me know everything he was going to do, took pictures for my insurance, and made sure to have the tree off by 2pm, clearing all debris and even getting me in contact with a contractor who could tarp up and help with repairs. I definitely recommend Chavo Tree Service for any tree needs you may have. They were so sweet, helpful, fast, honest, and cheap.

Chavo Tree Service was excellent to work with, very professional and knowledgeable and was able to complete the job quick and effective and helped us tremendously in our time of need. I would recommend them to anyone who needs any tree work.

Most definitely recommend these guys they’re well equipped and very knowledgeable & professional on what they’re doing and also what got me to contact these guys is that there are a family owned business and hard workers. I appreciate the initial consult on what we needed. In the end, the cost of the work we needed was a good value compared to our alternative. We were impressed with how well our underbrush was cleared and that it accomplished our goal of accessing the back side of our property.

Cut the limbs I needed down from a tree so they did not hit my house. Did a great job. Quick time frame. Got everything that we were promised for the price we were quoted. Would recomend them to anybody.

I spoke to Jason he said they would be out to give me an estimate. He did and gave me the rate and when they could do it. The estimate was very reasonable. Took them a couple days. The guys were very pleasant and did a great job!

Very professional and quick. Prices are very reasonable.I had 11 trees cut down, three of the trees were dead. Most of the trees were dangerously close to the house like 10ft.They laid them all down with precision between two structures. I highly reccomend them.

These guys should be wearing capes because they are superheroes! A tree fell on our house and fence Monday night. We called them Tuesday. They came out to give an estimate within hours and were at our house to remove the tree by 8 AM Wednesday morning. They took out another tree for us and you can't even tell they were here. BIC did a excellent job removing a huge oak tree and several other trees. They were professional, efficient and careful. I've used them twice now and will use them again for any tree problems I have.

BIC Outdoor was there when I needed them. Our house in Chattanooga was damaged during the most recent storms. We had trees down all over the yard,fence and house. They were onsite within 24 hours of contact. They were a huge blessing to our family and we HIGHLY recommend them.

Good wholesome boys doing good wholesome work. Had them come cut a few trees for me, one big ol oak rapidly dying glad they got it when they did, it was only a matter of time. They tackled the problem quick even with a minor set back with the equipment. Very friendly and fun to talk with. I'd highly recommend

A tree fell after a storm this morning and blocked our driveway so we couldn't get out. They came out very quickly and removed the the tree from the driveway free of charge. I can't stress how polite they were and will be my go to service from now on. Highly recommend them!

I would just like to say they did an amazing job. They came in and took down 6 huge pine trees towering over my house. I can not begin to tell you how much better it looks not to mention peace of mind when a storm comes. All the guys were great and very friendly. So glad I hired them. Will use them again in future.

Had a tree fall in my front yard. Called BIC and Jason came out. He was very professional. He said they could come the next day and take care of it. Came home the next day and it was all cleaned up. His guys did a great job.
