I highly recommend Dalton Heat and Air. They are extremely reliable. Their service guys are very friendly and knowledgeable. Cody and Christian were my servicemen this time and both were very professional. My problem was identified quickly and unfortunately they had to order the part but when received it was install in a fairly reasonable timeframe. The slow shipping of the part was not the fault of Dalton Head and Air. They kept me posted of the tracking info for the part.

Kevin Williams did an amazing job making sure our system is working as it should. Made proper adjustments. Gave sound advice. He is top notch!

During the recent artic cold we just had here in north GA, the fan on the outside unit stopped working. I called today and they sent two friendly fellas out- same day! They said my unit was still under warranty (which I didn't know) and they fixed it in a half hour. Very happy customer 😊

They couldn’t make my appointment time but texted that another tech was coming. They had another delay and Warren ended up coming. I had scheduled my afternoon around them and I was fine with the delay. We needed a replacement part and it was still Under warranty. That was good news.

Tech came earlier than projected. Was very courteous and very efficient in his work. Great experience and I would recommend this service.

My heat went out 2/01/2026 (one of the coldest days, of course). I called Dalton Heat & Air around 12:00 to request a service call not expecting a technican very soon & preparing to get an alternate heat source so my pipes wouldn't freeze, adding to an already bad situation. At 1:30 pm, the tech called & was on his way. By 3:00 PM my heat was working. Very fast, courteous & professional service!

Warren came out today after calling this morning, needing to understand why insulation has been blowing up through my vents. He was super straightforward with me, letting me know what needed to be done and what didn’t need to be done. And has me scheduled for repairs on Thursday. The promptness was amazing. And 10 out of 10 for communication

The specialist that came out was perfect. He did a thorough inspection and in no time find the fault and gave his recommendations. I would recommend him and Dalton Heating & Air everytime. Great Service. Thank you!!!!

I highly recommend this company. I called at 6PM for service as the heat was out. They scheduled for 8am the next morning. Sent a link in the morning showing tracking map of the tech information. They arrived on time and did an amazing job. The price for service was $118 for them coming out and the repair needed. I have saved there information and will absolutely using them again.

Kevin was very friend and efficient. He assessed the issue at 2:30 in the afternoon, ordered the part and had it repaired by 9:30 the next morning. I am very pleased with the prices and service, and we will definitely continue to use Dalton Heating & Air!
