I couldn't be more happy with this company. My air had gone out. I had used two other companies before that thought I would try a new one to see if I was pleased. The the lady that answered the phone was very pleasant and helpful and said she can get somebody out today which I was very surprised. Then within 40 minutes the Techs arrived. Nathan was the lead and went right to troubleshooting. Is assistant Brandon was a great help also in helping. They took their time trying to analyze things and once they found out what parts they needed they had the air up and going in no time. I found this company to be very efficient prompt and knowledgeable and also seemed reasonable in prices I will be calling them back for crawl space inspection. highly recommend

Caleb and his helper were were very courteous and thorough, got me going the same day. I would not recommend Total Comfort Heating and Air, owner Danny Wise who built my house and installed the HVAC system failed to register the warranty which in turn screwed me out of claiming warranty on the parts that were replaced.

The technician identified and remedied the problem with my heating system quickly and professionally, and also checked a few other things to make sure all systems were functioning properly. I was very satisfied with the service I received and would recommend them to anyone for their HVAC needs.

I had an excellent experience with this HVAC company. They showed up on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. The technician was professional, respectful, and clearly knew what he was doing. Pricing was fair and there were no surprises.

When I first spoke with Rosalyn and Autumn, I had no idea what I was doing. I have owned my home for 7 years and never had my system serviced. I told them I didn't know what I was doing but knew I needed to have my system looked at. They talked me through the process, had me scheduled for 3 days later, and all was well! The technician who came was kind, quick, and phenomenal. I'm so glad I went with Clean Heating & Air!!

Caleb was professional and efficient. Quickly found the problem and explained what needed to be done in an easy to understand way. Then quickly had it fixed. We definitely will only use Clean heating and air for all our hvac needs.

Clean Heat & Air encapsulated my basement, serviced my heat/AC unit and now are installing a new unit in my daughter's house. They are a terrific company. Quickly responding to calls, emails, texts and scheduling installations, repairs same day or as close as possible even during the holidays. They, office staff and crews, are always friendly, professional and you can trust them.

Nathan came out today to find out why my power bill is so high ($500). He quickly determined the problem and gave me 4-5 options on repair prices that had a guarantee to fix it. He explained the problem so I could understand and I was very confident I knew what was happening and most importantly that he could fix it. I made my decision and he spent several hours repairing it and said it was now “perfect.” Music to my ears. It set me back a little bit but hopefully my next bill will be significantly lower. Their team is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable on everything they do. Caleb, one of their technicians, has come out several times to work on the units at my home. He always goes above and beyond to take care of any situation, and does it with a kind and professional approach. Clean heating and air did a great job adding some insulation to our attic! They were quick to get people out here even after all the crazy ice storms we have been having. They took plenty of before and after pictures too so we could see everything they added and worked on. We will happily work with them again if we have any other needs with our house!

Received service in a timely manner. Have been using these guys for 30 ??? years. A few years ago when my son was between deployments, he needed help with his ac/heating unit. He remembered this father/ son team from when we needed help. After getting good results, I believe Shawn praised them highy whenever anyone asked.
