Daniel stayed with my problem until we got it right. Turned out to be an over-dusty coil causing the unit to over-Condensation in the attic. Toook some time /& patience

Just about got hit by one of their trucks, tried to follow him to get tag number, but he was doing about 50 up near the library. No turn signals, failed to stop at stop signs. I see you again sir, I will be notifying the authorities. Slow down and follow traffic laws, you're not a special allowance.

Got AC repaired within a couple of hours of distress call on a Sunday morning! Very impressed with the technician (Brian)- Pleasant, Polite, and Competent

Three years ago we could give Adams Air a great 5 star recommendation. They get 1 this round. Here are a few concerns that might help the next person:
1) They got my name wrong, even after I called their office and corrected. Still wrong on the invoice.
2) During the "service call to check the unit" the technician only inspected 1/2 the equipment. We were told the unit needed a coil, but the coil was NEVER physically inspected.
3)They concluded we needed a new unit because coils were no longer made for a 2004 Goodman. However, when Jeff Roper gave us a 2nd opinion, we were told they sold them all day long out of Chattanooga.
This is our last time using Adams Air. At $90 an hour, that is too expensive to have to get 2nd opinions.

I called and requested a quote for ductwork replacement. The company said they would call me within a few days to schedule an appointment. I never received a call so I called them back and they said no one was home when they stopped by so they turned my request back in to the office.....yet they never setup an appointment to come. I once again requested that they come out to give me a quote and was told that they would have someone call and send someone out. I never received a call. I will not call them for anything in the future nor recommend them to anyone. They have poor communication skills and poor business practices.

Would recommend to anyone and great technician Brian came out and was very friendly and fixed the issue and very affordable and will continue to use Adam heating and air for all my needs! I give 10 stars!

Adam’s came out immediately after I put a maintenance request in. Found the problem within 20 mins, drove to Dalton to the get the part, installed it within 10 mins. Good as new within about an hour and a half. Great business!!

I called mid-morning on Monday regarding an issue with my heatpump system. I spoke with Teresa - who was very nice and helpful. She said she could schedule a technician to come to my house on Monday afternoon. WOW! Glenn showed up around 3:30 and quickly assessed and resolved the issue. He was very polite, respectful, explained everything, and answered ALL of my questions. Kudos to Adams Air! Great staff, quick response, and genuinely concerned about my needs.

I wish it would let me leave 0 stars. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. The lack of attention is nothing short of laziness and incompetence. They came out to my nephews home and stated that he only needed 2 capacitor’s, condenser coil cleaned, supposedly checked the heat kit, and informed them that they need an air filter. My nephew is in the military and just moved down here so when they experienced some more issues he called me because I’m an hvac technician. Upon arrival it was obvious that a high pressure switch had been bypassed, which will allow the unit to continue to run even if the refrigerant pressures are too high. Without that switch to shut off the unit in a situation like that it could possibly cause a catastrophic failure. I also discovered a refrigerant leak, holes in the air handler and leaks in the return at the air handler. I would understand if they would have at least brought the issues to their attention and provided options to repair them. Instead they left them with the impression that everything was good and just sold the easiest parts to replace and easiest work to do. That’s not good business that is just poor craftsmanship, and shows me that as long as they sell you something they will ride all the way to the bank smiling because they know your system will make them $10,000-$30,000 once it fails due to their lack of a thorough evaluation.

If you’re looking for a place to service or purchase an HVAC system, this is where you should go. There’s no use in going anywhere else.
The service crew are very knowledgeable and courteous.
You won’t be disappointed.

Techs came out yesterday and did maintenance on all 3 units. Also repaired control board on one. Very quick, professional and informative. I’ve always had great response from them when needed.

Had a motor go out on one unit this week. They were at my house in less than 2 hours!!
Had it repaired and running within 2 more hours!! Can’t beat that service anywhere!!
