I tell you Jeb Brooker he did it right he made sure my AC unit blew cold air. Made me nice and cold Jeb Brooker is the best employee y’all got I’d give him raise he needs to be on call everyday!!! And I mean that we love having him.

I had some issues with my unit last summer. I called over and they quickly sent out a technician, Richard, I believe was his name. He fixed me right up and was on his way. Pretty good folks!

Called late on Friday for routine maintaince and the servie person (Billy) called Monday and was here right on time. He explanined that I have a capacitor that would need to be replaced next year. This kind of information helps me plan on cost for the next service. Very good friendly service. They gave me emergency service previously and the other service people missed the problem they fixed the problem that day.

We called Air Comfort regarding our downstairs unit, which was about 20 years old. They sent out their technician (AJ), who checked out the unit. AJ told us that the unit probably needed to be replaced. He said he could try to service it, but it would definitely be cheaper in the long run to buy a new unit that would be under warranty. We agreed to do that. AJ got the unit ordered and replaced by the end of the next day. It was a completely professional process from the start all the way until they got us done. Couldn't recommend them more. Ask fo AJ. He is great!

We were in a bad way....upstairs A/C would not work. Air Comfort HVAC sent AJ, our technician, to troubleshoot and repair the issue. AJ had the unit up and running in no time. AJ was a technical expert, as well as kind and curious technician. He was also very conscientious about not tracking dirt from the outside of the house to the attic where he had to work. My Wife and I are very happy with AJ & Air Comfort HVAC. The repair was quick and cost prohibitive. They gave us a $75 discount!. Air Comfort was able to provide a same day quote and was able to send a tech out that same day. Richard Pacheco called on his way to let me know when he would be there and asked if it was a convenient time for me. He had my system up and running without any additional charges from what I was quoted.

My air went down last night. I called early this morning and explained that my wife had Chemo today and would already be sick and the heat would really compounded the situation. I got a answer and service by around noon. Billy came out to access the situation and was able to fix the problem. Another company had serviced the unit at the end of March but did a poor job as the drain was backed up. He had to get around five gallons of water out of the drain pan with the unit in the attic. It was so full it caused the cutoff switch to shutdown the unit. Billy took the time to explain everything and save the day. I will be changing my service to this company for sure. Exceptional value, friendly and an all around great experience.

Thank you Air Comfort and Adam. We had another provider service our system about a month ago. When our HVAC would not switch into A/C mode they told us it was a broken part that would have cost over $1k to replace - and couldn't explain how they missed the break during servicing...

We called Air Comfort for a 2nd opinion. Adam came out and, in under 30 minutes, figured out that our Nest thermostat had gone bad. We replaced the Nest for $250 vs paying $1k+ in unnecessary repairs. We are no longer doing business with the previous providers and will be Air Comfort customers from now on! 100% recommend!

I can't say enough about this company or their employees. From the time it was installed almost 10 years ago (I'm pretty sure Sam was my installer and the tech who helped me out the last time I needed assistance) to Michele who made it very easy to schedule my service call last week and finally Billy Wheeler - the tech who has gone out of his way to provide me with the best customer service. Anytime I have an HVAC need that is within their service area, Air Comfort is getting the call and I hope they send Billy...

We had a great experience with Air Comfort today (7-8-20). We called late last night and they were in touch with us at 7 a.m. this morning. The technician, A.J., was at our home ready to work a little after 9:30. He was friendly, professional, and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. He was able to provide us with his findings and give a great estimate before replacing the bad parts. He then had the system as good as new in an hour.

This company did a great job communicating with us, getting someone out to look at our problem, and fixing our issues in a timely manner.

My family uses Air Comfort for all of our heating and air conditioning needs!! Beth Cass is who we contact when we are having issues and she make sure that we have quick service. They always make sure that our problem is fixed and they do not try to talk me into extra maintenance that is not needed. We have had that with other companies.

Air Comfort did an excellent job installing our hvac unit and ductwork in a new build. They were very professional and did an excellent job. We couldn’t be more pleased with their service. Would highly recommend them to anyone in need of hvac installation or repair. They even fixed an issue unrelated to their installation job.

nobody ever wants to have to repair the air conditioner 😩, it’s costly, and you never know if you’re being taken for a ride or if your hard earned money is being well spent, but Beth & the team were wonderful in helping to pinpoint exactly what was wrong and exactly what we needed to do since we didn’t want to replace it knowing we’re moving in another year. They were quick to respond (even in the middle of a hot Georgia summer) and they got our AC back up and running at the least amount of cost to our budget! I highly recommend them!
