Lester was able to get to our house and repair our washer the next day! He was a great communicator and our machine is running like a dream now. Highly recommend Decatur Solution Works!

I reached out Saturday morning and immediately received a response from Lester. He came out later that morning and repaired my Whirlpool dryer in a timely manner. Very reasonable pricing, very responsive and I would definitely recommend to all of my family and friends..
NEW DAY! By Monday my dryer is no longer spinning. I called Lester and he explained that it was the belt, something totally different from what he repaired but he repaired it as well for a fair price.

Professional and helpful with fair installation and service prices. Lester was great but in the end we opted to not move forward with three appliance repairs due to the cost of parts making the repairs not worth it.

Les was amazing. I remember the first time my husband called Decatur Solution Works LLC to help replace a water filter for our fridge. He was very professional, personable, and knowledgeable about appliance maintenance. At the same time, my husband and I were having an issue with our freezer "thawing". He pinpointed the problem in a matter of seconds. Gave us recommendations for what we should do. After the first interaction, we kept is card handy. We know just who to go if we start having appliance trouble or if we need advice on anything home appliance. Thanks again.

I realized my refrigerator freezer wasn't getting cold and items were actually thawing. I initially called another technician but had not heard back timely causing me to reach out to Decatur Solution Works. I reached the tech on the 1st call and explained the problem. he advised me what to do in the meantime until he could get there. He was very considerate of my time and arrived earlier than I expected especially when I explained to him my child had a school program I was attending so time was tight. He was courteous, came in explained the problem and solution to fix it and had parts available. My refrigerator/freezer issue was up and running in no time. I appreciated the service and promptness and have not encountered any issues following.

Very great with handling business on time professional and even had a extra part that I needed did not have to go and get the original part that was ordered. Will recommend anytime.

Third time using Decatur solutions and I am completely satisfied he charged me 300 for some parts and labor. That was well over seven $800 quoted by everyone else. He’s fast he dependable again thank you just wanted to take the time out to at least leave another review. Every chance I can hope this help anyone don’t wanna have to use your services in the future but if I have to, I would definitely call you lol thank you
