Decatur Solution Works is a lifesaver! Our commercial refrigerator at South Lake Mall started making loud noises and leaking water everywhere. I was worried we’d lose inventory, but they came out to Morrow quickly and diagnosed the issue immediately. The repair was professional and fast. Highly recommend them for any other businesses in the mall needing appliance repair!

I had a great experience getting my Samsung dryer repaired. It stopped heating properly, and I needed someone local here in Tucker to take a look. The technician quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced the heating element to get it running like new again. Even better, they included a complimentary dryer vent cleaning (a $99 value!) which was a fantastic bonus. Highly recommend their service for anyone needing appliance repairs

I highly recommend Decatur Solution Works! I’m in Lithonia and was having a major issue with my whirlpool washer and dryer the washer wasn't spinning and the dryer wasn't heating Lester came out, quickly diagnosed the problem, and got them both working again in no time. It’s hard to find honest, reliable appliance repair these days. I’ll definitely be calling him again if anything else breaks.

Great experience with this company. I live in Stone Mountain and my GE fridge wasn't cooling. The technician knew exactly what was wrong (computer board) and had the part in his truck, so no waiting for parts to be ordered. Fixed it in one visit. If you want it done right and fast, call them.

Decatur solution works gave me hope. I did not think it was possible to fix my oven because I had other companies look at it and no one could fix it. So I called Decatur solutions to repair my dishwasher and when I mentioned my oven, they were nice enough to look at it without an extra service charge fee. With my surprise my oven was working. Thank you Decatur solution worx for not only fixing my dishwasher but the miracle of my oven tha hasn’t worked in over a year I am so happy that I found you guys on google.

The Service was quick and precise

They were able to get out here quickly and fix my stackable washer dryer, ended up being a peice of fuzz stuck in the water pump so nothing had to be replaced. The technician even cleaned up all the lint behind the unit and reattached the dryer vent that had come loose.

Lester was amazing! He was able to come by less than 24 hours after I contacted him and was able to repair my dryer same day. Thank you so much!

Had Lester actually shown up when he said he would, this would have been likely 5 stars. Here is how it went down: Sears repairs didn’t show up and their online tracker stopped tracking the service person, so I figure they’re not gonna show up. I call this company and around 5pm Saturday Lester comes. Yay I am thinking!
He does an outstanding job of getting the dishwasher out (new construction and shoddy install) and tested the dishwasher etc. He did not have a wet vac with him so we had to use towels and shovel water out of the dishwasher. On Monday he calls me and orders the parts. They arrive Wed. On Wed he says he will come Thurs morning. By Thurs afternoon I call. His voicemail is full and he calls back saying he will arrive some time on Thursday (had other jobs). He never showed, never called, and never texted. I texted him to give me a solid ETA and if he could not, then I would find someone else. Well I found the someone else who did arrive Friday and they fixed the dishwasher. I also learned one of the parts that had been ordered was the wrong part. So in summary- super nice guy, knowledgeable, but terrible at follow up and meeting his obligations. I hate to leave this review but I’m out $500 with him (he is also out $500, to be fair), have a wrong part, and had to pay someone else to finish the job.
Maybe something happened to him, (I hope not), but this experience pretty-much stunk all the way around. Updates: apparently Lester had a medical situation take place and he has called to schedule the service. That said, it’s been done already and I still have a part that did not fit my dishwasher. I’ve changed the rating to reflect this and I believe his story since he was previously responsive and acted quickly to help me.

Tech did a fine job repairing my washing machine. The payment option leaves much to be desired. The third party scheduling and payment method was difficult to understand. I actually ended up paying twice but that was resolved.
