Construction Company reviews in Decatur, Georgia

Natasha the representative who helped me pick my quartz countertop is amazing thank you !!

My contractor hired Construction Resources to install a gas fireplace for my basement renovation. I paid about $8k for the fireplace, and it doesn't work reliably. The fireplace will only light about 10% of the time. I've reached out to the company at least 10x about the issue and requested a resolution, and my contact is now just ignoring my communications. I would not recommend this company, their fireplace product, or their customer service.

Josh Hirzel provided excellent service and explained in detail what to expect going forward for our fireplaces!

I worked with Darren Domino to have a quartz backsplash installed in my brand new home in Marietta. Darren and his team did a great job matching the countertops installed by the builder. They tracked a slab down in Minnesota to insure my backsplash came from the same lot as the counters. If you have counter or backsplash needs these are the guys to work with.

Get your drivers under control. Almost rammed into me cutting me off with my child in the car.

I'm a new construction real estate agent and have multiple builders that have used Construction Resources and their affiliated companies for many years. Their prices are great and their customer service is excellent. Mike Maddox has been a fantastic rep to work with on all of our counter top projects. He has been responsive and patient with our most trying projects. Workmanship and turnaround time have always been excellent.

Josh was wonderful. He explained in detail every aspect. His work was excellent.

Mike Maddox goes above and beyond. The whole team gets my vote for a job well done. Thank you for your customer service. CR is our go to.

Excellent service and selection. After years of working with Atlanta kitchens I can say all our customers and our team have found a true partner that provided professionalism and top notch services.

We moved in to our brand new home in Dacula, had a few issues with our new garage door. Our warranty department sent Matt from CR to resolve them. He showed up with a great attitude, took a look at our concerns, made some adjustments that solved the majority of our issues. He didn’t have the parts on his truck to complete all of the problem and said he would be back in 2 days. He didn’t return and resolved all issues, including a couple the builder didn’t complete!! Great work ethic and very knowledgeable! Great job Matt!!

Great experience with project manager Garrett Johnson and installation crew led by Vicente. Our quartz countertop and sink look GREAT--we are so pleased. Responsive, timely, professional. Great showroom to make our selection and great end result.

Needed a shower bench made from the same white quartz material used on our bathroom countertops. Atlanta Kitchens had done all of our countertops throughout our condo. Darren Domino was the sales representative who came to our condo and understood exactly what I was looking for. Within a matter of two weeks we had the perfect shower bench. Thank you Darren and Atlanta Kitchens.

My husband and I are so thankful for Celia at construction resources! She was so helpful throughout this whole process. Very patient and answered all of our questions seamlessly! It makes it so much easier to make these decisions when you have someone so willing to help every step of the way.

Matt with CR was the young man who replaced my garage door motor. He was very efficient, quick, knowledgeable and courteous! All of these attributes are hard to find in employees this day and time! So a big shout out to Matt! Thank you sir for getting my door operational again!

I'm currently working with Natacha LeBlanc at Construction Resources on updating my master bathroom. Let me start by saying I was very impressed with Construction Resources - they are professionals in every sense of the word, and their selection of materials and knowledge is extensive. As for Natacha, she's AMAZING!! She's a career designer, so she knows what she's doing. She asked me a lot of questions, actively listened to my feedback, and provided intelligent suggestions that were on point. I walked in with a floor tile sample and a cabinet pull and left 1 hour later with a fully realized bathroom design that's firmly rooted in the 21st century. She really pulled it all together. Not only that, she's extremely personable - her charm shines as bright as her effervescent smile. She's genuine, I trust her opinion, and I feel like I have a new best friend. Many thanks to Natacha and the CR crew - I highly recommend them and can't wait to see my new bathroom!

Josh from CR Fireplace is exceptional! He so knowledgeable and when he left I felt assured that we will enjoy our fireplace for many, many years to come, safely and efficiently! I will not use anyone else for any service that is needed for as long as we have this home!

I’ve always had a great experience with Construction Resources! From the ladies in the showroom, Antonette, Celia and Clarissa, to my sales rep, Greg Cook, to their installer Gustavo Aguilera, they’ve all shown great professionalism and knowledge of all products. Amazing quality!

I've been lucky enough to work with Construction Resources (and Mike Maddox, specifically) for 15+ years! Mike is, by far, the best in the business... he is incredibly knowledgeable and never presents a challenge without also having a solution. I would highly recommend Construction Resources for everything from countertops to shower glass to lighting and more! Their new showroom spaces in Buckhead and West Midtown are so impressive and really show that they are at the forefront of design and service!

It's important to share a super positive experience we had with Construction Resources. First time visiting their location on a busy Saturday. We were treated like VIPs that have done a lot of business with Construction Resources previously. Antonette, AnnMarie, and Kerry made us feel like we were at a Ritz Carlton or Four Seasons. Also, my wife is acting as her own contractor on our house rebuild. The ladies spent a lot of time providing TLC and guidance on matching flooring, tiles, and countertops. They helped us and can help you too.

CR did my shower glass after remodel and did a great job. I would recommend for sure. This is my second time using CR resources.

CR has a rising star in Natacha LeBlanc.
She definitely deserves five stars!!
I can’t say the same to the gentleman who took my order for the counter top stone for my primary bathroom remodel. It has been a lesson in patience and grace dealing with the problems that arise during the installation process. Three times should have been enough to get it right. Cross your fingers if you plan on working with this company.
