After doing some research on the different tree companies, we decided on "Forest Tree Care LLC". We had two maple trees that were starting to grow over the roof and the roots were getting close to our driveway, so after receiving a quote and felt comfortable with the professionalism we decided to hire them. First of all, they told us that it might take two days and they finished in one! The job was fairly priced and they did an awesome job of cleaning up afterwards. They grinded the truck and made it into mulch for my front yard upon my request. I very much recommend them to family and friends who need a professional job with great results.

Forest Tree Care came out to give me a quote on removal of two trees and pruning of another. Their overall price was very competitive and they were able to schedule me for beginning of the following week. They arrived promptly on the scheduled day and immediately began setting up to work. The entire crew was extremely considerate and careful around my newly planted sod and my existing landscaping and gently guided all the limbs and tree bits down to the ground by hand. I have never received such delicate tree removal before (the last company I used left gouges in my front yard and holes where they let the tree trunks fall from great heights).

Forest Tree Care even went above and beyond the call of duty by pointing out a vine that was going to eventually kill another one of my trees. Rather than not saying anything and letting the tree die, they took preventative measures to ensure the tree lives as long as it naturally can! That little detail, where they cared more about my yard than potential future profit is what has sealed me in as a forever customer of theirs.

Edin is the consummate professional. I have had many trees removed from my properties over the years with many different tree services, but Edin and Forest Tree Care are a cut above. I found him to be Honest, Personable, Reliable, Fair fees and Neat. I have never had stumps ground without the company leaving a huge pile of shavings mounded up in the hole. Edin smoothed everything away and left the yard looking like a State Park. At the end, when he did his final inspection he saw a limb he did not like and said he would be back to cut that, even though it was not a part of the original job. Lastly, on a break his men started splitting wood we had ask to be left for me to split for my tenant, a young mother of 2, just so I would not have to worry about it. No one ask them to do it. His crew just decided to use their break time to do a kind deed.
WONDERFUL! Highly recommend. I will be keeping their card for sure!

Great service! My father said this crew was by far the best he had used and that's something coming from my reserved dad who has had over 20 trees removed from his property. Backstory: A portion of his neighbor's rickety tree crashed onto the driveway, cars and fence. It evidently dropped 2 minutes after my dad left from standing in the driveway in that exact spot but it also left the tree top suspended precariously in his maple tree. This crew removed the tree and tree top, leaving the property in pristine condition. Not to mention the rush they put on it so that my parents, the driveway and deck were no longer in harms way. Definitely would hire them again!

I have used Forest Tree Care many times, ranging from easy tree removals and hauling away debris, to some very complex jobs where they had to be careful to avoid damaging structures, shrubs, and other trees. They are the best -- highly skilled, careful, thorough. And they follow through on details, like cleaning up afterwards. Edin Bartolon and his team are extremely responsive, very reasonable on price and always pleasant to deal with. They get my highest recommendation.

We can't say enough about Dekalb Tree Service, this was a beast of a tree ...we can't thank the whole crew enough for the work they did, other then the tree being gone you would have never know they were here! The team did a great job removing five trees and trimming tons of branches without any incidents. Two of those trees were near the house. They were on time, very professional, and got the job done. I highly recommend them.

If you ask me whether or not I would recommend using Dekalb Tree Service, I would tell you that Keith and his crew would be my first choice every time. Over the years I’ve been in this house they’ve cut down pine trees that were badly damaged in ice storms, done regular maintenance trimming and just this week they took down 3 huge old dying oak trees for me. The largest tree was about 90 years old, with a trunk that was 8’ in diameter and had a huge branch overhanging the power lines along the road. Ga Power didn’t want to trim that branch, they skipped us every time they trimmed the neighborhood. Keith and his crew took all 3 oaks down without a crane in a day and a half. The rope work was masterful and carefully thought out. The crews moved with the precision that only comes with long experience of working together. Each branch and piece of trunk was roped, precisely cut and lowered safely to the ground. There was no wildly dropping wood. That huge old branch overhanging the power lines was roped to a lot of different belay points. They cut it near the trunk and the entire branch swung around a bit, the ropes kept it up high and away from the power lines and my house. When it finally stopped swinging there it was safely cradled by all those ropes about 10-12 feet above my carport roof. They carefully maneuvered it to the side and lowered it between my house and my neighbors. It was totally amazing, so yes, I can confidently say you should hire them.

We had a huge limb (20+ inches) the size of a tree fall on our house causing a precarious situation. Keith and his crew did a great job with not only removing the limb but also trimmed up the tree in which this massive limb split off. In order to remove the limb from the house, they had to rig many ropes between the tree and house to not cause further damage to our house and the neighbor's house as the limb was removed. They were very professional, on time, and clean everything up better than before the limb fell. They were also helpful in recommending a contractor to make the repairs, walking me though insurance claims and even assess the health of the tree. Overall great value from a local company with awesome professional experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing major tree service.
