I got in touch with Eugenio via his website. I received a phone call in under 24 hours (I sent an e mail in the evening, he called me the next morning). I explained that my house was a wreck. My husband and I both work 60 hours weeks and suffer from depression. Our home is never clean, and I never let any one in because its too embarrassing. On the phone we set up a time for him to come over and take a look at the house to give me an estimate.

When he got to my home I explained again that I was very embarrassed. He told me not to worry, and that the purpose of his company is to help. He never made me feel like he was judging me, or my home. He told me that he didn’t think my house was that bad, and we decided on two professionals for four hours for $280. For an extra $50, he added the upstairs (which was in considerably better shape than the downstairs).

There were no available time slots when my husband I would have been home, but I read people very quickly, very well, and knew that I could trust Eugenio and anyone he trusted in our home without our being there. We left a key for him under the front mat so he and his team could be there while we were at work.

I think my home was worse than he originally thought. It took them roughly six hours and four people to clean my home the way he promised it would be. He didn’t charge me extra, but instead told me that he wanted to make sure my home met the description he told me it would when he gave me the estimate. We plan to hire them to clean our home once a month so it doesn’t fall into the level of ick it was.

Eugenio and his team performed a move - out cleaning service for a house I had leased. They were very efficient, timely and did a fantastic job. They even found some of my bakeware, tucked away in a corner cabinet and made sure they were given to me. I received my deposit back from the management company, so I know their work was more than acceptable.

I was referred to Liberty from my previous cleaners which was AAA+++. Liberty will take care of your needs in a professional manner and leave your house looking wonderful. I don't like to compare but if I had to compare to my previous I would say they are AA. The staff at Liberty is very friendly and prompt. They will do anything you ask of them and very honest and trustworthy. I always have the same people to clean every time. If you are a stickler about items being put back exactly as they were found, most likely that is not going to happen. They try there best but at the end of the day they want your home to look as fresh as possible so some things might be put away out of sight and you will have to find them.

Since cleaning my home......the entire team has remained very professional, punctual, and courteous while completing the job with a smile. I have used Liberty Cleaning several times and i am very pleased with the service they provide. The first time was after a construction project with sheetrock dust all over my home and they did great cleaning every corner of the house to include furniture doors trims etc.. .
