Paid for ceiling fans cleaning M bedroom not done. Oven and range top not cleaned at al not even wiped off. Refrigerator half way sloppy done, didn’t even open the freezer at all. Fridge drawers and doors left dirty. Master shower she must have run out of cleaner? Still grime on the back wall. This is a very unprofessional cleaning service and the owner is the one that came out to the house? Save your money!

I hired this team to remove furniture from a home that I was moving out of. Not only were they efficient and professional, their response time made my move so much easier. I would definitely hire them again and highly recommend them to anybody who needs a job completed by friendly professionals.

I booked a deep clean for 11/26. According to the list that Two Maids provided of what is included in a deep clean, many things were not done. The windows, windowsills, and blinds throughout the home were not cleaned, the kitchen backsplash and stove were not cleaned, with clear evidence of grease and splatter still on them, fingerprints were still on the family room fireplace, the floors felt sticky from whatever product was used, baseboards weren’t cleaned thoroughly, dust on the kitchen light fixture, a ring around the half bath toilet, they forgot to clean the master bathroom and had to be shown. All-in-all, a lazy job was done and definitely not worth the $400 price tag. When my boyfriend and I returned to the home and noticed the poor job, I contacted Two Maids the following day and made a complaint, requested to speak to a manager, and requested that the manager come to the home to inspect the job that was done. I was told I would receive a callback from the manager that same day (11/27). She never called. On 11/29, I responded to an automated email and text from Two Maids, asking for feedback. I responded with my issues and received an email response that someone would contact me to follow-up. As of 12/2, still no one had contacted me so I called again to speak to a manager. I was supposed to be forwarded to a manager, but the phone went to voicemail. I called back and the person that picked up happened to be the person I was told was the manager, but I discovered in my conversation with her that she was not. She did, however, take my complaint and arranged for the home to be re-cleaned on 12/4. I again reiterated that I wanted the manager to come out to the home prior to it being cleaned so that she could see for herself the issues we were complaining about. I requested that the same cleaning staff not return to the home since they did not do a good job the first time. The day of the re-cleaning, the manager finally called (8 days after my initial request to speak to the manager), she stated she had another obligation and may not be able to make it out before the cleaning, but some time while the cleaning staff was there. She asked me to send her pictures of the areas I had concerns with, which I did. She told me the cleaning staff would call 30 minutes before they were to arrive. I never heard from the manager again. She never showed up and never called me, not even to follow-up to see if we were satisfied with the re-clean. As of today, it has been 7 days since the re-clean and I anticipate that at this point, we won’t be hearing from her. The cleaning staff arrived and did not call first. One of the two women who arrived was part of the original cleaning staff, when I specifically requested to not have anyone who came the first time return for the re-clean. Having said that, the two women who came for the re-clean were very pleasant, asked questions about what I wanted done, ensured what was done was done to my satisfaction, and completed other tasks that they saw needed to be done that was not completed or not completed as it should have been the first time, without my asking. They did a much better job and the issues I pointed out to them where all resolved to my satisfaction. However, overall, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Two Maids Douglasville. There is a clear lack of customer service; poor, ineffective, and apathetic management; and poor completion of the actual services . There is no way that any cleaning staff should have left the job the first time thinking that they conducted a deep clean, but from what I’ve observed from management (or the lack thereof), they probably know they can get away with it and will if the clients aren’t persistent with following up with their complaints. The home should have been cleaned properly the first time and my issues should have been promptly addressed. As a result, we will be receiving our bi-weekly maintenance cleaning with another company.

My two maids were Cherelle and Robin and their services were amazing. The best I've seen and I've used maid/cleaning services quite a bit over the years. They both were dedicated to the cleaning process and they were very professional. They did a great job!! My daughter was very pleased.

This was my first time using Two Maids, and I bought the package that specified a certain amount of time, so I had two maids for three hours. Tamia and Tamaya did a great job! I was especially pleased with my bathrooms. I don’t get my house professionally cleaned very often, but I’ve learned that I need to be very specific in my communication and expectations. These two young women were courteous, on time, friendly, and had great attitudes. I would definitely request them again.

Second time using your services and the cleaning is not worth the amount that was charged. After taking a closer look at the end results, I noticed the bathtubs and sinks were still dirty. I haven’t even had a chance to look at the showers but I doubt they were cleaned up to my standards. I had to actually clean the tubs before I could use them!! My home wreaked of cigarette smoke (I do NOT smoke btw) and did not smell “clean” at all. One of the young ladies was in her phone most of the time and FaceTime at that! That made me uncomfortable because I don’t know if you were showing whoever you were talking to my home. Totally unacceptable!! I honestly can do a better job at cleaning my home, but my mother decided to buy me this service so I can have a break. Maybe this service is good for those that do not know how to clean, but for me I will not be using this service again. On the upside, the young ladies that did the cleaning were nice.

Emma came to my house to do a deep cleaning... she was VERY sweet and respectful. She did an EXCELLENT job, everything is SPOTLESS, and I could NOT be happier with her work, and her work ethic. She didn't take a break, just kept going tirelessly. I'm so pleased and happy with Emma!

If I could give this company -5 I would! I booked a cleaning right before traveling for the holidays. Not only did they CHANGE my booking window but threatened to charge me the FULL amount without rendering any services. The time slot I selected was 8-11am - they sent me a text FRIDAY saying my cleaning was at 1pm and said I couldn’t cancel because it was in the 48hr window. (Well you should’ve called me Thursday so I had time to cancel it) I called immediately after receiving the text with the wrong time slot and spoke to a lady named Erin, who has absolutely no customer service or soft skills. She was extremely rude and dismissive then said she was “doing me a favor” and “bending over backwards” to accommodate me when nothing was being done to fix the issue. Even after the call I’m receiving text messages from a “manager” threatening to charge my card over $300 for a service we never received. Real management would’ve picked up the phone especially after seeing we’ve been customers for awhile and ironed things out. Too many companies out here with terrible service expecting people to just pay and except bad service. Not today!!!! BOTTOM LINE - Find another company to clean your house. Overpriced and terrible customer service

A fantastic experience! I booked a deep clean as a mother's day gift for my wife and couldn't be happier. Cherrelle and Lucero were communicative, friendly, on time, and did a very thorough clean throughout the entire house. Customer service with Two Maids was really great too. All around we had a great experience and will definitely be return customers!
