They were on time, friendly, attentive to details and did not rush the job. Shout out to Ashley and Tina for the great work you both did! I would definitely use their services again.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the deep clean service I received for $321. The cleaning staff displayed a lack of professionalism and expertise, and they attempted to leave my home before I arrived. I was fortunate to arrive in time to witness their subpar performance. The deep clean package I paid for was not fulfilled, as I had to continuously point out what was left undone. I eventually contacted their supervisor and demanded a resolution or a refund. Unfortunately, she failed to address my concerns or offer any compensation. The only cleaning solution they used was water, which left my home smelling unappealing. I strongly advise against using this company. It was a complete waste of time and money.

Maria came on time and did awesome job. She herself handled cleaning my townhouse very nice. She has cleaned all my blinds, windows ,fan and vents. She mopped the floors too. Well done team !

As a first-time customer, I’m appalled by the horrible customer service I received. I scheduled a “deep clean” to get my house ready for my baby shower. After the prepaid tip, I paid over $600 for this service. The cleaners were nice, however several surfaces that had been “cleaned” were still dirty at the end or had been skipped altogether. One of the cleaners was new and being trained which I understand, but the spots that were skipped were spots that she was responsible for. I had to vacuum behind them after they were done. This felt more like a “regular” clean than a deep clean. I did not receive $600 worth of cleaning. I reached out to express my dissatisfaction. The representative offered a complimentary reclean. Scheduling this took lots of back and forth and quite a bit of effort due to baby shower guests coming in but we eventually settled on Thursday, Jan 15th between 12 and 4. 4pm Thursday rolled around and no one showed up or reached out to me, so I reached out to them. The representative stated they’d contact me soon, then said nevermind, you’re actually scheduled for Friday, not Thursday. I said no, my shower guests will already be here Friday, that’s why we chose Thursday afternoon. The amount of runaround it took trying to schedule it was absurd. The whole thing was a cluster. I was never offered even a partial refund. She offered a different day entirely but I said no, I’ve had enough. I decided to just eat the cost. I will never use this company again. Do not recommend at all.

I have used Two Maids for the past few months. They are always accommodating to my crazy schedule and show up as promised. Cherrelle is lovely, kind and efficient and gets the job done. If you don’t have the time to do it yourself, please give this service and these amazing ladies a chance to take care of it for you! Also, don’t forget to tip! They work hard.

Two Maids of Douglasville is awesome! We have been using them for several years now. They were so helpful with cleaning for my dad when he had to move in with us, and we now use them for cleaning beyond that. Cherelle has been a steady presence there for years now, and she always is friendly, fast, and professional. I wholeheartedly recommend them for all of your cleaning needs!
