Jennifer and her team of three other ladies spent 2 1/2 cleaning my home. That is equivalent to ten man hours of hard work. The house is thoroughly clean and their attention to detail was greatly appreciated. I have found my new “clean team”.

A team from Spotless Promise tackled a huge job cleaning the dusty aftermath of a hardwood floor refinish in a 6br home. They sent a wonderful team of professionals in and by the time they finished, there was no dust anywhere. In fact, the house was "as clean as the day the residents moved in."

Spotless Promise Maids did an amazing job. They were very professional and did everything I asked for. So pleased with everything they did. I will be receiving service from them in the future. Thank you again.

Very easy company to work with. The 2 ladies showed up on time, worked together to bring a sparkle back to my house. They were professional all the time and did an amazing job getting everything cleaned to move out. Would totally recommend them to anyone in the area and would use them again!!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! I book a deep clean.... when I arrive home to what I was hoping would be a clean home, to my surprise these are just a few things I was greeted with...
1. Kitchen table wasn’t touched but the top of the refrigerator was??
2. Kitchen counter wasn’t touched but the oven was (tearing the liner in the process)???
3. Floor were vacuumed but tables tops and surfaces were “dusted in between items”
4. Toilets were cleaned but tub wasn’t touched
AND THE BEST!!
5....... not only did they go into the rooms that the door was shut and were told not to do them but decided it was a good idea to “clean it up” meaning stack all the items that were on the floor in a neat pile, clean off the bed to make it then proceed to knock items on the floor that weren’t on the floor prior and leave them there???

MOST BIZARRE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!

We were assigned Jenny from the Spotless Promise Maids Service. We have had house cleaning service for 50 years in many US and Canadian locations throughout our active moving careers. I am trying to say we have many many comparators. Finally, here in Georgia after several false starts we have a winner. That simple to say.. a winner. Trust 50 years of searching out the good ones. Worker showed up at promise time and actually movers were still there running a bit behind schedule. Mike said he would come back at 2 which was about 30 minutes later, he did an excellent job doing my moving clean will recommend company to all my friends

My husband purchased the deep clean service for our house as my 2021 Christmas gift and this might be my most favorite gift ever! The team did a fantastic job despite it being no easy task. We have pretty big house with two kids, two dogs & two cats. I appreciate that they took their time to clean top to bottom in each and every room. We will definitely be spreading the word to anyone looking for a cleaning service! Thank you all for a job well done!

I have only great things to say about this company! My house wasn’t cleaned prior to my move in. Mike was super helpful and Stephanie was great! She was timely and my house looks and feels amazing. I am very happy I found this company.

The woman that cleaned was really sweet however, we were not satisfied at all. I had to point out so many areas that she missed after she mentioned she was done...spots on the floor, food under kitchen table, bath tub had a ring and she suggested we clean it with bleach and I asked if she had those items and she finally cleaned it, cobb webs, mirrors, shower debris). It literally felt like she either rushed or was not paying attention. Even after pointing those things out, we still felt like it wasn’t done to satisfaction. She even left a dirty cloth she used to clean on our tub. There was cleaning residue on a plant near our window sink. I would’ve liked if she was more careful with this. Overall, we received pretty poor service.

This is my third time using this service!! Excellence is by far all they've achieved. Stephanie came right on time, did an amazing job, and was very professional. May God continue to bless this company.

I reached out to Spotless Promise Maids in need of a deep cleaning and reoccurring services. Mike gave me a detailed synopsis of what to expect. I was pleased with his service and attention to detail. This morning I had my mother and I’s home deep cleaned by Jennifer, Alexis, and Tiffany. I was unable to be home for the deep cleaning except for as they were leaving. My interaction was brief, but everyone was friendly and appreciative. My mother was home during the service and shared numerous praises for their friendliness and work ethic. They even met our dogs, which was an added plus as our dogs are a part of our family. Our home is clean and smells amazing. The pricing was reasonable and competitive with other providers. The customer service from the very beginning confirmed I chose the correct company and the ladies took it to home base in the end. Thank you, team! Job well done. You will not regret choosing Spotless Promise Maids for your cleaning needs.

I received my first service-a deep clean to prepare for my daughter’s graduation party. Jenifer Goodson did an AMAZING detailed job. She was also so kind and patient with every detail. I will definitely continue to utilize Spotless Promise and I will request Jennifer every time. Initially; my husband didn’t want me to get the service, but when he walked in and saw the results he had a big grin and he said “WOW.” Although we gave a tip; Jennifer also deserves a 10 star rating.

Spotless Promise by far exceeded my expectations! Many times you have to sacrifice the quality of the clean when there’s a good price but that was not the case. They were on time and finished in the time I needed even though I called them the day of. They finished the job in time for the showing of my property and it had a great impact! Chasity and Jenny did a really detailed job. They cleaned with detail the issue I had with the toilet and walked me through all their work. After their work I was confident enough touch the windows,use the toilet, touch the fridge. Before they came I just kept in a corner of my new apartment and didn't dare use the toilet because of the black grime on the rim. I got the move in/move out package. Left me confident to really unpack and calmed my anxiety! Great work! and thank you!

I was very excited to use this company, as the 5 star review rating made me feel as if I would have a great experience. The two that were sent to my house, made me change my views very quickly. They arrived at 3:30, they didn’t finish cleaning my home until 11:30. Nobody told us for a deep cleaning, it would take this many hours. The lady that cleaned, broke the air register that covered my filter, and it feel down scrapping my hardwood floors, to the point I couldn’t repair them. The guy that was cleaning my bathroom downstairs, not paying attention falls, and rips down my towel rack. My husband contacted the owner about our experience, and was basically told I’m sorry you didn’t enjoy our services. Didn’t offer to cover the expenses it took to fix what they broken, or even give us a discount off of a future cleaning. It’s sad this was my first time using a maid service, and my last. I don’t recommend them, as the owner could care less about their customers, but more about getting paid. Use at your own risk.
