Landscape installation, which included the removal of old pinestraw; clearing and leveling existing flowerbeds before installing a mix of egg and river rocks. They also trimmed shrubs!

Worse lawn service I ever had. Promised shrubbery trim time and time again yet it never happened. My yard looks like a jungle because everything is so overgrown., They don't even come every week and when they do, it's half completed. Would not recommend for weekly service for residential lawns. The guy isn't there ten minutes and two of those minutes is relieving himself in the middle of my street behind his truck door. Absolutely disgusting and within sight of small children playing.

We have several commercial properties and Metro Turf is excellent at keeping them maintained! We are never disappointed at how their work turns out. They surprised us at how they revitalized our landscaping. Highly recommended!!

Kenneth is a great owner. Takes time and pride in the work done and is very responsive. Works to help you figure out a design that can fit your budget. Used him many times.

They worked magic in my frontyard, and it was well within my budget!!!!! Kenneth and his crew are so polite and professional, and actually show up when they say they would. They are very efficient and responsive to emails. I had contacted many landscaping companies in Douglasville, and no one was interested in coming out in even giving an estimate. Kenneth responded to my email immediately on a Saturday. I would highly recommend MetroTurf for any landscaping work that needs to be done. The landscaping work is so nice that my neighbors are asking for the landscaping company contact info. Thank you so much for all the hard work!! Will definitely use them in the future.

My family was quoted an estimate over the phone by this company. The day the job was suppose to be completed no one came until 1.5 hrs later. No one communicated to us that other workers were stuck doing another job in Atlanta until I called half an hour past the scheduled appointment time. The other workers finally arrived and only worked for 1hr. The owner wanted to up charge my family stating his workers had worked over 4 hrs and would have to charge more to complete the job. Our house has cameras and we know when arrival and departure occurred.
We would have appreciated honesty and communication from the beginning. All you had to say is we can not guarantee completion of this job today can we reschedule for another day when my full team is available. Actually come out to give a proper estimate instead of google imaging.

Called before going, very nice on the phone. When I showed up he met me at my truck ready to help. Great price was in and out in 5 minutes with what I needed. Will return and recommend to friends and family
