Keith was referred to me by neighbors to repair my motorized louvered pergola. He was beyond professional, great communication, very knowledgeable, trustworthy, with a “I’m not going to be defeated attitude.” The guys that were originally hired to assemble my pergola could not figure out the wires/mechanical side. My shades and louvers were not operating properly. Keith contacted the vendor on my behalf and figured out the issue…an issue that even the vendor was surprised at. I had missing parts and a motor issue. He came out multiple times to fix the issue after back and forth conversations with the vendor without charging anything additional. Keith was not only a great contractor but he became a friend that I would hire again, if needed.

Keith was fantastic and very thorough. I can’t say enough about the design he provided. It exceeded mine and my clients expectations. We will definitely use him again. His communication and pricing were top notch.

The owner Keith came out to access our flower beds, he listen intently to all my wishes down to every detail of the kinda of flowers and shrubs I wanted. He spent 2 hours walking the hold yard. Keith was not hesitant to make corrections on what may not grown well or look right for each section. Which that made me trust him more. He seems not to be in it for just the money!!💰 But shows care and concern that the flowers 🌺 are just right. Keith and all his installers were extremely knowledgeable and patient with me to answer my questions. Dana and Steve were the main installers and did a marvelous job. Way to go. They even taught me how to care for the 🪴 afterwards. That is key to a pristine yard.

The price was more than reasonable. For all the hard work they put in making my dreams come true. The owner Keith even worked with me on some budget options. Yardsnaps are toptier in my experience to get the job done.

I really don’t take any pleasure in leaving a bad review, especially when this could have so easily been a 5 star review. We paid $460.00 for an initial cut, edging, and bush manicure for our yard. There were 3 areas that were not done and were pointed out to Juan R during our initial walkthrough for the agreed upon $460.00. Juan said they were going to take a lunch and come back to complete the job. Unfortunately, I trusted his word that he would be back to finish the job and paid him before the completion of the job. He never came back. I called him the same day and he said he was on his way over. 2-3 hours later, No Show. I texted him to ask if he was coming back that day and No Response. Two days later I called him and I was sent to his voicemail. This is very bad business and I will be reporting this to our community HOA. It’s really sad that it has resulted to this. Had he completed the project that we agreed on and paid for, this would have been a 5 star review. He would have also another consistent customer.

This place is awesome with all the plants trees and rocks you need to do your gardening.

Their prices can't be beat but it would be nice to have everything priced so the customer won't have to keep asking how much everything cost, other than that the staff is attentive and friendly.
