Great service and nice, friendly staff!! The team just got done cutting and removing five trees from my yard here in the Augusta area after the devastating aftermath of hurricane Helene. I’m very grateful to this team for doing such a great job! They cleaned up after themselves and removed the debris that comes with falling five trees! Also a big shout out to the team member and his nephew who did a great job grinding down the five stumps that were left behind from those five trees. Appreciate you coming to the Augusta area and providing a professional service to myself and my neighbors.

These guys are great; kind, personable, courteous, diligent, well-mannered, go above and beyond. We had gotten several quotes from other companies that wanted to charge outrageous amounts for taking down our dead trees. Robert and his crew came in and gave us amazing pricing for everything that they did. The guys worked hard and efficiently, our son passed away about 2 years ago and I had a memorial set up around one of the trees that needed to come down, I expressed how much it hurt my heart to have to take down that tree. I left to go to an appointment and came back to see that they graciously moved my sons memorial to a nice shaded spot in my back yard, they took great care and respect of my sons cross when they moved it. This kind gesture really touched mine and my husbands hearts. I don't know of any other tree service company that would take the time to do something like this. Highly recommend.

Robby came out to view the project and quote . Communicated prior to and during . Agreed and shook hands. Pro Service showed to work when they said they would and did what they promised to do. Doug is a skilled climber and very impressive. All the crew members worked hard and together. They really enjoy their jobs.plan to use them for future work at my home and would highly recommend them

Unfortunately I have to share this. Red Oak came to my house during the slow months (Feb) and did a fantastic job removing two trees.

I was so happy with the work that I reached back out about 6 weeks later to get my yard graded and seeded. This is where the issue arose.

Since April 6th, at least 3 times they stated they would come out to do the work and never showed up. They even called one morning and we spoke about the type of seeds needed, then they said they would be there later that day - they never showed up.

They only communication that to place after that was initiated by me. I understand going after the bigger deals. I don't have a problem with that, but at least communicate with your customers so they know you're not coming. This was VERY unprofessional and disrespectful.

This company is most caring and comfortable pricing and the husband and wife are just awesome thank you so much

We had a tree fall at our house during a big storm and he was out really fast and got us an estimate on the cost. It was the most affordable quote we recieved. Then he brought his team out and they got it done.

Great job trimming the large neighbors tree which are high up extending over to my property backyard. They have done the best of any tree service I have used and will continue to use them.

Im not sure this company has legit insurance. After the home owner accepted their quote all they asked for was proof that Smiths Tree Service had insurance since the tree in question is very close to the house. Been waiting 5 weeks for proof of insurance to be sent. I have called Smiths Tree Service for it 3 times now and keep getting the run around of "oh our lady in the office hasn't sent it yet.... let me check into that" just be cautious with this company, Im sure they do great work but just because their business card claims they are fully insured that is not always the case. Or maybe they are insured and just dont want the business they quote..... Im not sure. Anyways there is a significant amount of tree service companies in the Douglasville area.... just be cautious with this one.
