Have used Peachtree Service Experts for years. From folks who schedule appointments to the Technicians who actually perform the service, service is always excellent. Rakesh has been the primary technician to keep my older system running well. Kudos to Rakesh! I am so lucky!

Kevin and kc came out to do maintenance on the AC/heater system and did a great job. They were thorough, professional and easy to talk to. Highly appreciated!

Tulasi was here today on an emergency call. The service technician was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He explained and showed me why the AC would not come on. He gave me his professional opinion on how to stop the issue from occurring again. I truly appreciate his service.

Stephen came to do scheduled maintenance on the HVAC in the apartment I rent. My landlord specifically requests him every time because he does such an amazing job. He is very friendly, timely and does a great job of explaining everything! My heater is running amazingly just in time for winter weather.

Our technician Mokrane Hocine did an excellent job . He did a thorough job job of checking out our entire HVAC system and made the necessary repairs. He answered all our questions and was very pleasant. One of the best technicians since we have been with Peachtree which is a very long time.

Tulasi came today (Dec) and recommended an in-line safety switch for our HVAC system installed in 2018. We had condensation issue a while ago which caused a minor rusting issue over time in the drip pan. Peachtree cleaned the area during regular maintenance in Nov. I was concerned after seeing the Nov maintenance pictures with no explainations (before picture) …I called and emailed a few times before I got a return appointment. I would recommend before and AFTER picture's and better response time. You could also take the time to explain the situation in the documents since most homeowners don’t go in the attic to review the system during servicing. Tulasi drew pictures of situation on paper and took new photos of what he was seeing now. They do great work and we have used them for years.Our Lennox systems are fantastic and under their leasing/maint program. We have saved thousands over the years due to the new thermostat controls. Electric and gas cost declined materially. Thanks!

Mark and Mike were wonderful! They thoroughly inspected our HVAC systems, clearly explained our options for service, maintenance and possible replacement. Mark and Mike were friendly, patient professional and very knowledgable. I would highly recommend Peachtree Service Experts.

I’ve been so satisfied with Peachtree Service Experts. On the coldest day of the year my heater mother board stopped working. No error code; no heat! Rakesh, a master technician in my eyes, came to the rescue. He was able to troubleshoot the system and found the problem. Although the needed part wasn’t in the truck, he found a solution that kept me up and running with heat until the part could be ordered and properly installed. Had two visits today. Plumbing and HVAC. Michael and Ty both were professional, courteous, and did a thorough job with our inspections and setting up our plumbing repairs. The company itself is highly responsive. Definitely worth the five stars on both services!

Peachtree Plumbing was so easy to work with. We had a toilet leak that was coming through the ceiling and called first thing Monday morning but then I noticed that I could just book an appointment with their online booking. I was able to get an appointment the same day for the morning. Isaac called before, was eight on time, immediately diagnosed the issue, Gabe is his recommendations and fixed it in less than an hour. When my husband asked if it wasn’t better to replace the entire toilet, Isaac explained how that would more than double the cost and he didn’t think it was at all necessary. Just that honesty and expertise alone would have won my loyalty as a customer, but Isaac was also incredibly kind and patient with my three year old grandson who just wanted to know what was happening and was probably underfoot a little more than he should have been. Just an all around excellent experience. We will be using Peachtree Plumbing again in the future.

Our water heater developed a leak and before we were aware of it, our downstairs hallway was soaking wet. We called Pink Plumber, but Peachtree Service Experts have taken over the PP business. We booked an appointment and our technician was Jeffrey McCoy. Jeffrey was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He had the water heater that we wanted in his van, so he started right away installing it. He was very efficient and professional. He included a water sensing device, so if we have a leak again we will be warned immediately. He answered any questions we had about the new water heater. We are very satisfied.
