LOVE. LOVE. LOVE Peachtree Service Experts. Called at noon today and Isaac showed up in one hour (right on time). Fixed the corroded pipe in my bathroom and made sure everything was working fine before he left. I have always had a great experience with this company. I also love that when they are on their way, you can track them - that's new and very helpful.

Had to make another call with Peachtree Service Experts for a leaking outside faucet. JaRael Martin was the service tech and was on time and worked with the faucet. My condo is old and the faucet was the original. He gave me options and recommendations which was very helpful. He was willing to do replacement that evening, but we decided to tackle the next day since he would have to cut through drywall. He capped the faucet that night and showed up on time the next morning. He was very professional and obviously knew what he was doing.

I can't say enough about this company - I trust them and the people who they've sent out. Very reliable.

Tulasi was great!!! He was very polite and respectful of my home. He put his shoe covers on when he came in and off when he needed to check out the equipment outside. He explained what was going on with the system and will get back to me.

Tulasi and Jeff came by our house today after our furnace stopped working. They were speedy and a pleasure to work with and excellent conversationalists. They diagnosed the issue and gave us numerous options of how to proceed and how to be the most cost effective with repairs. While getting the job done, we exchanged book recommendations with Tulasi and talked with Jeff about Jeff’s little one and video gaming.

These guys were awesome. Woke up to a “Code Error 201” on our Lennox furnace which had apparently unexpectedly pooped out about 2am when it was 15 degrees outside and when we arose it was already down to 53 degrees inside. Called them when we woke up at 7am, leaving a message with their awesome friendly Virtual Assistant, then Becky, an equally friendly real person, called back at 8:30am and they had “Adam” come within 2 hours to fix and diagnose the problem for a very reasonable charge. Literally everything we could have asked for! Would not hesitate to use again and recommend wholeheartedly.

Tulasi and Brian were very professional. They arrived on time and conducted maintenance tasks efficiently. They explained their findings clearly and professionally. We have been Peachtree customers for many years and have found them to be reliable and trustworthy.

Once again, I received excellent service (as I have for the past two decades). Stephen is amazing! He brings knowledge and experience, along with a great personality. Thank you for a great appointment!

Today, the technician Tulasi conducted my annual maintenance. Tulasi arrived on time, was courteous and provided the service in an efficient manner. He was extremely knowledgeable and informative on all their services. Thank you.

Steven Kimani was wonderful. We had his out to fix a tricky issue, and then again the next day to just double check before an expected storm: he spent as much time as needed and explained everything as he went along. Best experience!

Tari arrived when expected. He was polite and respectful. He thoroughly inspected both furnaces. He was careful about tracking in dirt from the outside inspection. I have been using Peachtree Service Experts for over 30 years and they are always through and respectful.

Roshan and Ronaldo came out on a Saturday and serviced the system. They were friendly and very knowledgeable. They provided me with a detailed report on the current state of my system and provided me with some options. They were pleasant and did not pressure me or try to push anything on me. Highly recommend these fine gentlemen if you are needing service.

Tulasi our technician provided excellent service. We found him to be very knowledgeable regarding our multiple systems and took care in explaining his observations. He also works efficiently to have the service completed in an optimal amount of time. Well done Tulasi and Peachtree Service Experts!

Tulasi is wonderful! My system is aging, and I know it. He is always very helpful and knowledgeable. He takes the time to answer my questions about what I should check or get repaired now and takes comprehensive photos.

Always a pleasure to see Tulasi! I had a minor repair issue for the AC where the unit was reporting an outside temp about 20 degrees higher than actual. The repair was fast and efficient, working great now. I've had my maint contract since about 2007 and this is one of the few times I needed an additional service visit. The technicians are always professional and knowledgeable.

I have had maintenance contract since about 2007. I've always had a great experience with this company for twice annual system maintenance. Tulasi was the technician today, and he is fantastic! Very meticulous and friendly. Over time I've seem many of the technicians two or three different times over a period of years. It speaks well for the company that good people are employed long term and I get to see familiar faces. Always trustworthy, and they make good recommendations for how I use the system, and when it is time for additional services.

We had Peachtree Service Experts do a comprehensive replacement of our HVAC and two water heaters. Jamel Fain led it all and is a fantastic technician, leader, and delightful person to work with. The work took a large team 12 hours to get it all done, and Jamel was smiling and had everyone laughing the entire day.

I was very happy with Mr Myron Owen’s. When he arrived my stress level was at its highest point. He assured me that everything was going to be ok. Once he secured the leak and the water was flowing as it should I felt some peace. He was very knowledgeable and professional and kind. If I ever needed a plumber again I will definitely request for Mr. Myron Owen’s. I put him in the category as one of the best of the best. Thanks so much for making my day a litter better. Ms.Shy

Outstanding service and support again by Peachtree Service Experts. Our Tech Mr. Green is outstanding. He took the time to explain everything to my wife and I. We have two (2) Lennox furnaces, both installed and maintained by Peachtree Service Experts. Good people and good products!

Tulasi did a great job with my service. He is very customer focused and answered all of my questions. Some before I could even ask. If I had the opportunity I would ask for him each and every time.

Augustine performed my spring maintenance earlier this week and did a fantastic professional job and then came back out late on Friday to install a UV unit for me. He's a great tech and the whole team at Peachtree Service Experts is awesome! I'm a happy Advantage Program customer and definitely recommend working with them.

I had a great experience with Peachtree service experts. I had to have my water line fully replaced. Myron and Jacob were great! Very friendly and did exceptional work. They were able to get started the same day as quoting me and got my issue squared away for a reasonable price and in a quick manor. Can't thank them enough!
