Despite calling numerous heating and cooling companies in the Duluth/Suwanee area, Charles showed up in an hour and provided the best advice and service possible. He didnt try to trick me into buying a new furnace. Instead, he gave me a rundown of all of the best options I could take. Honest, reliable and efficient. Couldnt ask for more from a pro. Call Kims Heating and Air, you wont be disappointed!

Great service! Called late in the afternoon and based on my urgent need during this hot time Charles was able to come out immediately and take a look and see why hot air was blowing out. He checked everything thoroughly and gave me multiple options to go with and did not hesitate to go ahead and fix my A/C which works great! Do recommend others using his service and he does high quality work and gives great feedback on the issues and provides multiple options to resolve the issue!

He came out on sunday and work thru sweaty weather. He checked thru all lines and performed work that no other techs who have been here have done. He was very knowledgeable and, most of all he found issue and fixed the ongoing leakage. Now I finally have cooling...and sincere thanks to Charles...

Everyone else quoted ridiculous inflated prices. This guy did not. He can separate whats needed and whats not to help you save money and get the most life out of your Heating and Cooling systems…

I live out in Duluth and a lot of these big companies tell me 2-3 days out before they can see me unless I’m a service contract customer. So, I try a local small contractor and I call Kims heating and air and Charles came out the same day he came out within the 3-4 hours since I called him. Prices were still higher than expected but it was worth it to get someone out quickly.

Our AC was acting up on a Sunday, we weren't really sure what the problem was. So we took a shot and called Kim's HVAC and someone came out that same night and tuned up our unit and fixed the problem! He was super helpful, would definitely recommend Mr Kim to anybody needing HVAC work. Will definitely be using this company again for our heating and air needs.
