Charles professionally communicated through the whole process of replacing our HVAC system. His price and his service are second to none. I will not hesitate to call him again. Charles came out next day to address the issues I was having with my hvac set up. He took pictures and explained everything that was going on. His team came out less than 48 hours later to install a brand new unit and did it efficiently along with cleaning everything up after the fact. Would high recommend his services!

I was hesitant to call an HVAC service late on a Sunday, but Mr. Kim was able to accommodate us without any issue. He arrived promptly, quickly identified the problem, and came up with an effective solution despite the challenging weather conditions affecting the drainage area. We were impressed with both the quality of his work and the fair pricing. We now plan to subscribe to his maintenance services to help prevent future HVAC problems

I was in need of having my 22 year old AC and furnace replaced. I contacted a few "small family owned" providers near my house. They all were all nice people, but we're totally trying to oversell me on a bunch of add-ons and this-and-that.

I saw Kim's HVAC ad and reached out. Charles was great to work with. With a few photos of my current system and discussing my issues, we were easily able to determine what I needed and set up an appointment.

Charles was a great communicator through the whole process with answering all of my questions regarding systems, brands, registers and returns prior to the install and walking me through all the improvements and new thermostat afterwards.

Compared to those other providers I spoke with, Charles and Kim's HVAC were just honest and straightforward guys. I would highly recommend them.

Our technician Mokrane Hocine did an excellent job . He did a thorough job job of checking out our entire HVAC system and made the necessary repairs. He answered all our questions and was very pleasant. One of the best technicians since we have been with Peachtree which is a very long time.

Tulasi came today (Dec) and recommended an in-line safety switch for our HVAC system installed in 2018. We had condensation issue a while ago which caused a minor rusting issue over time in the drip pan. Peachtree cleaned the area during regular maintenance in Nov. I was concerned after seeing the Nov maintenance pictures with no explainations (before picture) …I called and emailed a few times before I got a return appointment. I would recommend before and AFTER picture's and better response time. You could also take the time to explain the situation in the documents since most homeowners don’t go in the attic to review the system during servicing. Tulasi drew pictures of situation on paper and took new photos of what he was seeing now. They do great work and we have used them for years.Our Lennox systems are fantastic and under their leasing/maint program. We have saved thousands over the years due to the new thermostat controls. Electric and gas cost declined materially. Thanks!

I’ve been so satisfied with Peachtree Service Experts. On the coldest day of the year my heater mother board stopped working. No error code; no heat! Rakesh, a master technician in my eyes, came to the rescue. He was able to troubleshoot the system and found the problem. Although the needed part wasn’t in the truck, he found a solution that kept me up and running with heat until the part could be ordered and properly installed.
