We purchased our home a year ago. It had two 1996 A/C units that were on their last stage of life. A few weeks ago they were clogged and no longer functioning without leaking water from the pan into our carpet. Yuck! Our realtor made the referral to us to call Zen Air and they have been awesome. They assessed the damage, made suggestions and gave us options to decide what would be our best plan. The tech was excellent as he explained the findings and shared photos with us as we were out of state and not at the property. We were then emailed options for updating the units and Josh the sales rep did a fabulous job explaining to us the details and getting us on the schedule for an immediate install. Marco and his associate did an outstanding job. We had excellent communication from the initial call with our issues to the final installation of two new A/C units. We have made multiple trips to GA to inspect the install and we were quite pleased with our findings. We are returning tomorrow for our 2 week check up to verify everything is functioning well. This is a standard appointment that Zen recommends doing and we loved the suggestion. We are thrilled we found this A/C company.

Invited Zen Air in after buying a house to help get us up to speed on the systems’ needs and their unique thermostats.
Turned out to be a great decision that will prolong the life of our machines because they weren’t installed correctly.
Our tech Evan was amazingly knowledgeable, and helpful. He was able to get us situated and running smoothly to prolong the lifespan of our heat pumps.

Zen Air has been to my home multiple times, and they have the best team to work with. Evan was my technician today, and he has a great skill set, terrific technical knowledge, and a friendly, professional manner. It was a pleasure working with him, and he diagnosed an issue with a couple of my systems that's been putting stress on my units. I'm having him out again next week to fix those issues, which will help the lifespan of my units. Arick, Ed, and Gerardo have also worked on my units, and they've all done great work and made really helpful recommendations along the way.

Zen Air provides good communication and timely responsiveness. Our assigned technician, Brandon, was professional, punctual, efficient in his work and educated throughout the process about the problem with excellent service knowledge.

Eric and Brandon were great representatives for Zen Air they both did a good job. Eric showed me options if we needed to upgrade our system. He was very informative.

Zen Air quoted me about $540 to replace a capacitor, this is after the $150 service call fee. Capacitors retail for $10-$35 and take less than 10 minutes to replace. It's obvious their business model is to take advantage of peoples ignorance, instead of providing a service at a fair and reasonable price. I called up someone else and they did the job including parts and service call for $120. Despite the insane price, the technician was pleasant and professional.

Miguel has serviced my home twice now for HVAC work, and both times have been a great experience. He’s professional, friendly, and very easy to work with. What I appreciate most is his honesty, he explains things clearly, doesn’t try to upsell, and truly looks out for what’s best for the customer. Highly recommend!

I met some Zen Air representatives at an art show. They were pleasant and knowledgeable. The price for the annual service contract was much better than our most recent service agreement, and I got a free inspection of our systems. When the service technician Arick visited us, he thoroughly inspected our systems and offered us what he found and what he recommended. We signed up for the service contract and told him we would consider what services we want done. Of course he wanted us to sign up then, but was ok with us deciding later. We definitely will get some of the services done, but on our schedule. He gave us his professional opinion on the value and urgency of the various things he found, and most were because our house was built over 20 years ago, and building codes changed.
I like the low pressure approach Zen Air uses, and look forward to their services.

I randomly picked up Zen from Thumbtack after a tenant call for AC off. Zen provided me excellent customer services, from front desk to installer. I am impressed by their profession at every step. After all they have brand new HVAC installed next day. Thanks a lot!

I am living a completely differant lifestyle since the install. I should've done this years ago. The folks at Zen were easy to work with. The installers were down to earth and friendly. The cost was thousands less than other HVAC companies. Thanks, Zen men for doing such a great job!!

The service technician Miguel was excellent. He was thorough, transparent, and communicative. Unfortunately, his boss Robbie did not pass the smell check. He was at my home, never called me to give an ETA, never got out to ring the door bell, and communicated that he could not reach me although I had no missed calls and his technician was able to reach me without issue.

He approved accepting my payment for a diagnostic the day prior but refused to provide me with one upon his return. He returned only to gather specs and I get the feeling that ZenAir is more in the business of taking your money for a service call and then recommending a new unit. He was dismissive and despondent to my questions and provided zero customer service.

My experience was the equivalent of going to a mechanic for a diagnostic check and being given a recommendation for a new vehicle without justification of what is wrong with the vehicle you have. I would not recommend them.

Brandon is the best tech! Professional and courteous. Well done and my home is warm again.
