Wow! What a phenomenal experience dealing with Progressive Plumbing! ( never thought I’d write about a plumber, but they’re that good)

Called them out for some work we’re doing in the basement and they were excellent. Called them again for a high water bill to examine work done by another plumber just a month ago, and it was a great experience. Professional, knowledgeable, and saved us a ton of money with some usage tips.
I highly recommend Progressive and their team: Daniel, and Michael in the field, Tatiana in the office, they’re just a super well run business and they go the extra mile.

I first contacted Progressive Plumbing when our drop in kitchen sink fell away from our granite countertop. I called the plumber I had used several times before, explained the problem and booked a service call. An hour later a different person in their office called me back and told me that they could not handle that job. He referred me to a countertop installer. Inevitably when I called a few countertop specialists they told me to call a plumber. Eventually an internet search led me to a YouTube video posted by Daniel Liebenberg of Progressive Plumbing detailing how to repair a fallen sink. I called Progressive Plumbing, booked the service call and Daniel and another plumber came out the same day and repaired my kitchen sink. Progressive Plumbing won my business that day and I continue to use them for any plumbing issues.

Amazing work, fair price, Daniel took the time to explain to me how to flush my water heater, replaced my flimsy wooden sink supports with metal ones.

We are so pleased with Daniel and the work he provided at our job site. His responsiveness was both timely and efficient with very minimal disruption. He was extremely professional, friendly, reasonably priced, and thoroughly explained the process of identifying and repairing our sinks and toilet. He matched the hardware perfectly, and ensured all were working properly. He waited to receive confirmation that the work completely resolved all the issues. We definitely recommend his company and their services!

We have a water leak from the master bathroom faucet for few months and changed my own. Unfortunately it did not work my own.

We called Progressive pluming and Nathan came over and assessed the bathroom. He changed the water pump nicely. we are still waiting for the master bathroom to finish up after we buy supplies. Nathan works very hard and he explains thoroughly and plans to coming back for the rest of the undone job for the master bathroom faucet leaking.

Daniel of Progressive Plumbing was a wonderful lifesaver. He was very courteous and provided outstanding service in a timely manner.

Michael was very professional in installation and explanation at completion of the job. He exhibited attention to detail and pride in his work, as well as informing that Progressive Plumbing would contact us on an annual basis regarding draining the water heater for maintenance.

Matthew was wonderful. He came by yesterday and did a thorough inspection of the leaking water heaters. He explained the options in detail and helped me through finally deciding on the plan if action.
The water heaters were 18 years old and decided to put new ones and Matthew explained various configurations for install.
Matthew promptly came by the next day to install the water heaters…even bringing them upto code… additionally he checked for water pressure and also installed water collecting containers at the base.
He even fixed my shower temp dial…
I would highly recommend Matthew and Progressive Plumbing for a professional and well executed and timely job done!

The water heater was in need of replacement and Progressive showed up on time to evaluate and provide a quote. The price was very fair and the new water heater was installed in two hours. They went the extra mle to clean up after the install. I have used Progressive before and will like to continue to call for any plumbing issue in the future.

Michael came out and replaced our PRV system. It’s an old house and it looked tricky, but he finished the job beautifully. Really appreciate his professionalism and expertise!

As usual, very professional, know their trade, friendly, on time. We’ve used Progressive Plumbing for over 15 years, never a complaint. Not the cheapest but you know you’re getting quality work.
