These guys were so helpful! Daniel and Michael came out and were not only honest but listened to every concern I had. As a worried new mom and possible buyer of the house being inspected- I felt so much more at ease after speaking with them. These guys come with knowledge, kindness, and a great quote. I’d advice anyone to use for plumbing needs.

I had a pretty steep increase in my water bill over a two-month period. I noticed that my water meter was continually turning even when the water wasn't being used. After talking to the Gwinnett County Water Authority and reading and performing their leak test, I determined I had a leak in my main water line. I called Progressive Plumbing. Ms. Tatiana was very polite and listened to my concern. She was attentive and very communicative. She said she was going to reach out to a technician and get back to me with more information. Ms. Tatiana called me back within 15 minutes and told me the technician, Daniel, would be to my place, the same day around 1pm. She then called me an hour later and said Daniel had finished his appointment early and would to my place a half hour earlier.
Daniel arrived on time. We was very outgoing, friendly and knowledgeable.
He listened to the steps I had taken to diagnose the issue, asked a few more qualifying questions and surveyed my property. I showed him to my water heater where he located main water valve to the house. He shut it and went to my water meter to verify it was still spinning. We agreed it was a main water line leak and needed to be replaced.
We discussed options of running the new line as to not tear up my front yard or damage the concrete or house foundation. He took a video, sent it to his crew lead, called him to discuss and determine a time when they could come the next day to complete the work.
There was a deposit required and while I was clearing the charge with my bank, Daniel proceeded to call 811 and have the utilities scheduled to be marked the next morning ahead of their work.
The next morning 811 showed up, marked my property and crew lead showed up at the same time to complete the work. We reviewed the hot water area in the garage and discussed possible area where the new line could be run and hooked up.
After some survey he found a pipe below my outdoor spigot in the bed in the front of my house. He burrowed the new line underground, under my sidewalk and up through mulch in the bed to connect. There was minimal digging around the water meter that they replaced when the job was completed.
The crew lead showed me the final work, turned the water back on to the house and we checked the water meter, together. No spinning! Problem fixed! Daniel came by a few minutes later to check the work and answer any questions.
I am very satisfied with Progressive Plumbing and the work they did.

I received a quote from another plumbing company where I felt I was being ‘up sold’. I decided to research and found progressive plumbing. Daniel was honest and fair during inspection and provided a price much more reasonable… I would highly recommend!

We recently had Progressive Plumbing replace a p trap in our downstairs bathroom. They did a great job, reasonably priced, and communicated well with us throughout the process. They also fixed the drain pull for us, which we didn’t even ask them to do, and left the sink and vanity cleaner than it was when they arrived! I found them to be knowledgeable, professional and thorough. My husband watched as the owner, who is a master plumber, explained and trained an apprentice and was extremely impressed, which is saying a lot. We found Progressive Plumbing to be a professional dependable local plumber. I highly recommend them.

Michael was very professional and went over and beyond in fixing our shower issues. He was very helpful in explaining what he was doing. I appreciate his help!

Called Daniel because our water heater was leaking and apparently was on its last leg. He answered my call and was at our house within an hour or so. He had everything he needed on his truck and installed a new water heater within a couple hours. Hauled away the old one. Appreciate his quick response and the fact that he had all the parts on his truck to do the work same day. Would recommend and will call again!

Micheal did great. He knew there was an emergency leak at our home and arrived quickly to get it fixed. He was able to source some older/more difficult parts to find and got our water back working in no time!

Progressive Plumbing did an excellent job when replacing my sink! Michael is thorough in knowledgeable and let me know about the sink that I purchase and how the drain didn't quite work with the counter setup and the sink.
I am very happy with the work and we will continue to call them with all our plumbing needs!

Michael from Progressive Plumbing just completed a faucet replacement, as well as finding and fixing a problem with some older, leaking shut off valves. I had a great experience with Progressive Plumbing. Michael came out to replace a cartridge in my primary shower and was fantastic. He was quick, efficient, and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing throughout the process. Highly recommend their services!

Michael was prompt, knowledgeable, and handled the job so professionally! Afterwards, he walked through all that he did ( two faucet replacements), explaining the details and testing out the finished product to insure the job was done satisfactorily. Great experience! Had water heater burst, Michael came out within an hour, showed me what was wrong and gave me a great quote to replace plus bring everything up to code. Everything was done the next morning. Super professional and quick.

Michael was able to quickly diagnose and fix a problem left by another plumber. He was on time and pleasant to work with. The whole company has been very responsive. The turn around time from my first call to the completion of the work was exceptional!

Michael was on time, super pleasant, straight up with pricing and took the time to explain how the job was going to be completed. After completion he cleaned up and double checked his work! Customer service is courteous and friendly. Will use again and recommend to family and friends.

Progressive plumbing installed a new faucet 4 weeks ago and I found a leak a few weeks later. Although the new faucet has not leaked since, I was concerned. Michael came and made a thorough inspection of the plumbing under the sink and found no leaks or water at all. The cost for the inspection and his time was zero which is amazing, I think. I will always in the future seek Progressive Plumbing for all the new plumbing and the needed “fixes” on the old.

Awesome job. They had a cancellation and came a day early. Replaced my kitchen sink faucet quickly without issue.
Cleaned up as if nothing happened.
We will use them again.
