Clevens is a very nice young man and did what he could to try to fix my HVAC problem. But he admitted his being limited because the system shuts down intermittently and was running when he arrived today. He recommended having the coils professionally cleaned and i paid Sears for him to do that. It shut down again tonight at bedtime so he accomplished nothing, in terms of progress in fixing my system.

Clevens was very professional, efficient and polite. He quickly diagnosed the issue, ordered the part and got the repair done. Excellent job!

Repairs were made quickly. Repair man was professional and friendly.

The technician who came out today did a great job. Only took him about 5 minutes to complete the repair. My 3 star rating is due to the fact that the repair was supposed to be completed last week and no one showed up for the appointment. No additional accommodations or apologies were offered for this inconvenience. Otherwise, it would've been a 5-Star review.

The service tech (Cleven D) was great. He diagnosed and find out the problems quickly. Ordered the parts and got my A/C Unit up running in no time. Cleven is very knowledgable about his jobs. I think Sears Appliance Repair are very lucky to have him work for them.

Technician was pleasant and skilled. Communication with parts ordered and appointments was awful. Took almost 4 months and multiple service visits to get my appliance fixed. Very disappointed, inefficient business model.

The overall service was terrible. After numerous follow ups, the automated system didn’t recognize my phone number, advising that I had no scheduled orders or appointments. My appointment scheduled was cancelled. Sears Tech couldn’t locate the parts BUT they had my $510.30. I requested that the 1st tech due to demeanor not return to my home. He called just prior to his arrival, asking so you know how this goes right? HUH!! The second tech didn’t ask me to sign anything. He signed for me after leaving my home. Hopefully, someone realizes that’s not my signature. I have no problem signing legibly. Finally, I want ALL of my money returned, every red penny.I I provided the model and serial numbers to expedite my service, and Sears knowingly sent a tech to my home knowing they no longer made the parts for my appliance. Once they realized, they couldn’t help me, you’d think someone from customer service would contact to effect a refund or just send the refund. Almost 30 days later, I reach out to ask how to return the ordered part they finally found that was not the solution to the dryer problem and they tell me, return the part, fill out a form verifying you’ve returned the Pat, allow us to validate your return and then it’ll take 7-10 days to get my loot. Really, terrible service. I’ll update with photos of my signature.

Thank Anthony for explaining what causes my dryer from heating up. Replacing the element. Cleaning the Lint out of the vent. Etc...

Our technician David was on time and really took his time to diagnose the issues with our washer. I would recommend this service to friends and family. Thanks David and Sears

We are going to need more information about what he found. He said when he was here that he would tell the warranty company that we need to have a plumber assigned to clean out the drain but the paperwork he sent by email indicates that we don’t have a problem with the drain. Someone will need to call us to explain all of this. Thank you.

The tech ran all necessary diagnostics. Timing appeared to be off. A hard restart from the circuit breaker seemed to correct. However, if any further issue, tech made sure I was told to call and another diagnostic check may be necessary. He kept me informed but did not discount there still may be a glitch or issue. The AI system needs much more input to work for customers. It lacks the ability to handle cancellations and glitches in appointment settings for customers who work too. The telephone system is terrible. Again, options need more input. And, the continued contact not being me is totally stupid. The machine was never in any name but mine. This review invitation not even correct.

The repairman was told everything that was wrong with the mower, but I asked him a couple of times if he wanted to actually drive it so that he could experience it for himself which he declined to do. I asked him whether any work was actually done during a diagnostic, and he said “they don’t want them to drive mowers with the deck damaged. He did no examination under the hood at all, even though he was told the oil leaked and probably needed to be changed. Now I need to add that the mower is being used currently, and driving it would not have made it necessary to engage the blade at all which involves the deck issue.

After 15+ minutes at his truck writing the estimate I was given the information. At that time I asked whether they actually do any work on the mowers during the diagnostic and he said the parts had to be ordered. I then asked if I had to make a decision at that time and he said no, but that the diagnostic fee had to be paid at that time. I paid the fee and then asked if he could at least change the oil today. He then told me that he couldn’t do it since I had already paid the diagnostic fee which closed out the ticket and he would not have a way to bill me for the service.

If I had to pay for the diagnostic today, that would have been the case even if I had decided later to go for the additional repairs, so I don’t understand why he could not have at least done the oil change and charged me for it. I attempted to speak with someone in customer service which was a giant waste of time. I really feel there was no intention to work on the mower today. This was really a waste of time and money and I will not be using Sears again.

I would also suggest that service technicians introduce themselves upon arrival to avoid homeowners having to ask them for their names.

Best repair man I've ever dealt with. Super knowledge and great personality. He did warranty work on a walking machine.

The technician was great very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. As for as scheduling this needs improvement. I was re-scheduled multiple times and the bot I spoke with made the process very frustrating. Please take in account customers that might take off from work to get service only to be re-scheduled for another day. I would give the technician a 10. The new AI service I would give a -1. If you would like more people to get the home warranty package I suggest that the AI scheduling process is improved.
