Excellent service from a true professional. Master plumber Mr. Myron Owens assessment of the installation and rework was relayed concisely. He is punctual, knowledeable, & efficient with great attention to detail in using his skills. We highly recommend his services.

Outstanding service and support again by Peachtree Service Experts. Our Tech Mr. Green is outstanding. He took the time to explain everything to my wife and I. We have two (2) Lennox furnaces, both installed and maintained by Peachtree Service Experts. Good people and good products!

The service "expert" Jacob arrived at my house this morning and claimed that he could not light the pilot for my water heater. After spending five mintues at my home, he states "That'll be $99.00" Another technician arrived ten minutes later. He lit the pilot, performed a thorough inspection of my water heater and did not charge a service fee. The AI generated secretary that scheduled the appointment failed to mention the $99.00 service charge. I ended up choosing the other plumbing company. I am very pleased with my decision. Please do not be deceived by these "five star" ratings.

Tulasi did a great job with my service. He is very customer focused and answered all of my questions. Some before I could even ask. If I had the opportunity I would ask for him each and every time.

We had Peachtree Service Experts come to our home on December 11, 2025 to replace a toilet in our upstairs bathroom. The technician who did this work was Jeffrey McCoy. He was by himself and while he was working we did hear a loud crashing sound. He did not say anything so we assumed everything was ok. After he finished and left we went up to tidy up the bathroom and noticed three breaks in the tile floor by the toilet. These must have been broken when the crashing sound took place. Jeffrey did not tell us about this before he left when he obviously knew he caused the damage. That is the thing that is most upsetting about this situation. We immediately called Peachtree Service Experts after we saw the damage. We were put in touch with Adrian Matthews and explained what had happened to him. He said he needed to look into it and to send him pictures which we sent by text to Adrian’s cell phone: He called back that afternoon and said he was sorry and that he would have a tile repair person contact us. No one ever contacted us. We tried to text and call Adrian back multiple times but could never get a response. We are extremely upset about this situation and would tell anyone considering using this company to NOT USE THEM! Very unprofessional!

Augustine performed my spring maintenance earlier this week and did a fantastic professional job and then came back out late on Friday to install a UV unit for me. He's a great tech and the whole team at Peachtree Service Experts is awesome! I'm a happy Advantage Program customer and definitely recommend working with them.

I needed a short notice garbage disposal replacement. The replacement was performed, but seems overpriced for this type of service. And the technician tried to convince me that the disposal being installed was brand new (see pics) - especially for this price - but I'm thinking refurbished at best. The replacement is working, but I'm probably going to look elsewhere for service next time.

I had a great experience with Peachtree service experts. I had to have my water line fully replaced. Myron and Jacob were great! Very friendly and did exceptional work. They were able to get started the same day as quoting me and got my issue squared away for a reasonable price and in a quick manor. Can't thank them enough!

They tested the new system for leaks and ensured the heat was operational and I was completely satisfied with their service. Brandon was very professional and took the time to clearly explain all the work he performed. He also shared valuable recommendations on how to properly maintain my HVAC system. As part of the service, he replaced the HVAC condenser motor and fan, and performed a full routine maintenance on the entire unit.

We purchased our home a year ago. It had two 1996 A/C units that were on their last stage of life. A few weeks ago they were clogged and no longer functioning without leaking water from the pan into our carpet. Yuck! Our realtor made the referral to us to call Zen Air and they have been awesome. They assessed the damage, made suggestions and gave us options to decide what would be our best plan. The tech was excellent as he explained the findings and shared photos with us as we were out of state and not at the property. We were then emailed options for updating the units and Josh the sales rep did a fabulous job explaining to us the details and getting us on the schedule for an immediate install. Marco and his associate did an outstanding job. We had excellent communication from the initial call with our issues to the final installation of two new A/C units. We have made multiple trips to GA to inspect the install and we were quite pleased with our findings. We are returning tomorrow for our 2 week check up to verify everything is functioning well. This is a standard appointment that Zen recommends doing and we loved the suggestion. We are thrilled we found this A/C company.

Invited Zen Air in after buying a house to help get us up to speed on the systems’ needs and their unique thermostats.
Turned out to be a great decision that will prolong the life of our machines because they weren’t installed correctly.
Our tech Evan was amazingly knowledgeable, and helpful. He was able to get us situated and running smoothly to prolong the lifespan of our heat pumps.

Zen Air has been to my home multiple times, and they have the best team to work with. Evan was my technician today, and he has a great skill set, terrific technical knowledge, and a friendly, professional manner. It was a pleasure working with him, and he diagnosed an issue with a couple of my systems that's been putting stress on my units. I'm having him out again next week to fix those issues, which will help the lifespan of my units. Arick, Ed, and Gerardo have also worked on my units, and they've all done great work and made really helpful recommendations along the way.

Miguel at Zen Air was AMAZING!!!! He explained everything so thoroughly. Even my mother who over heard him and she said he took his time and explained everything. I truly appreciated it Miguel!
