23Sep25: we had our first floor system replaced with ZenAir. Absolutely amazing work! Friendly and professional installers and Jordan and team explained what to expect next few hours with a new system.

I had a condensate pipe go out on my AC around 8:30 in the evening. Eddie had a technician, Miguel, out the very next morning to install a new one. Highly recommend Zen Air, second time they have come out for a repair. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable with fair pricing. I signed up for their annual maintenance plan as well for a very reasonable price.

Arick is the absolute best. Professional, knowledgeable, and honest. He made suggestions to improve our hvac system but never pushed to make a commitment. Wonderful company and will continue to use and recommend to friends and family.

Arick did a great job.. our HVAC stopped working in peak winter but he was able to restart it.. Just to make sure, he ran it a couple of times and it got the same error again. As we were not available for the next 3 days, he order the part stat, picked it up and repaired with in few hours.

Zen Air was great. They responded very quickly to an urgent request to come out to replace vent pipes that were found to be beyond life during a roof replacement. They accommodated and worked well with the roofing contractors to make the repairs and not cause any disruptions to the project.

Arick was very kind and knew what he was doing. He was spot on to the issue I was having on my heating system and by far the best I’ve ever dealt with. If I ever have any issue with heating system, he will be the only one I am contacting.

I had a heating issue with my Lennox heater and made an appointment at like 8pm and even though it was after hours they responded right away saying they were able to get here early morning the next day. Arick showed up, and he was able to find the issue with an internal motor being blocked and was able to resolve the issue in less than an hour. He was absolutely professional and helped explain everything in detail for me.
Meanwhile, the week prior I had Peachtree Service Experts-Atlanta come out and they told me my only option was a $1400 fix to change the entire thermostat system. Very scammy of them and super glad to have Arick come and see my heater units. Will definitely be calling him for any future maintenance or issues that arise from the unit. Absolutely a blessing.

Arick came out today to perform an inspection on my HVAC system because I was very concerned about a strange order coming from one of my vents. I found Arick to be very knowledgable, professional and pleasant. He answered all my questions and explained everything that he was checking and the outcome. I've used Zen Air for the last three years and couldn't be happier with their service. In addition to routine maintenance, they also completely replaced my old HVAC system in 2024.

My experience recently with Brandon is representative of Zen Air as a whole: on time, diligent, dedicated, and straight forward about options/solutions. It's a great company that hires great people who do great work.

Upon moving into our new home, we discovered that we needed a new furnace and other repairs to our HVAC system. We had a great experience with Jordan, who completed the job in an expert manner, with extra attention to detail. When he took the old system apart, mold was discovered on some of the parts, and he suggested enhancing the system with an ultraviolet light and air scrubber that we ended up incorporating to avoid this problem in the future. We were especially pleased with his workmanship in cutting through our sheetrock to install another duct vent in a high visibility area! We appreciated the way he took time to answer questions and explain what was being done, in detail. Jordan displayed the kind of work ethics and integrity that is often a rarity these days. We were also very pleased that, after doing the initial and very thorough inspection, Brandon returned to assist in this installation and repair. We really appreciated the personal and professional service provided by Brandon. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything, in detail. Jordan and Brandon were an outstanding team! We highly recommend Jordan, Brandon and Zen Air!

We had a wonderful experience with Zen Air. Everyone that we dealt with on the Zen Air team (Eddie, Hugh, Jordan, Miguel, Brandon, and Andy) were extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I called Arcadia after having a terrible experience with my current provider, who quoted 10 days to make a service call for a dead A/C unit. Arcadia was very professional, booked me for a visit the next day, showed up within the time window, and took care of the issue in short order. They (Sarah) were super responsive and have been in contact with me after the fact as well. Tyler was the technician and did a great job! Highly recommended based on this experience.

Arcadia installed our HVAC several years ago and my husband normally service it. We felt like it was time to have it checked by the professionals. Tyler and his tech came out on time and reassured us that everything is working properly. No one wants to be without air right now! Arcadia has always been there and does a great job.
