I wish I could give this company zero stars. They convinced me to purchase a new unit, which I now believe was unnecessary. To make matters worse, their technicians assured me there were no issues with my zone board—only for us to later discover that wasn’t true. I’m extremely disappointed and regret not choosing a different company. On top of that, the technician forgot to secure a component on the unit, which my husband noticed when he got home. Overall, I feel misled and taken advantage of.

We've used Arcadia, exclusively, for over 30 years. They are extremely responsive and deliver high-quality service.

Our A/C went out over the weekend. I contacted Arcadia first thing Monday morning and Tyler was there that afternoon to uncover and correct the problem. He was fast, efficient, and friendly - as he always is every time. We could not be more pleased with the service we receive each and every time!

I would like to highly recommend Arcadia for any HVAC services. I needed a replacement for my AC and Cam was very helpful in advising me on getting a suitable one. He was able to schedule the installation 3 days later. 4 Technicians came out on time early morning. Matt, Matt ,Dustin and Tyler were professional and courteous. Completed the whole installation in 2.5 hours and even help me check and service the downstairs unit and fix a vent in one of the rooms.
Great to find a company that cares about the customer

We had our AC system repaired a couple years ago by Arcadia. They replaced the plenum, evaporator core, and condenser after the old equipment died. They did a wonderful job then. I highly recommend them.
My AC wasn't keeping up recently so I called to get a check up. Sara answered the phone and was very helpful with educating me and scheduling the appointment. She was able to squeeze us in only 2 days later (today) since it was a quick job. She sent Tyler over to check my house. He was awesome!! He called ahead of time to ask if he could come early, I took very good care of us while he was here and was respectful of the property. He also didn't try and sell me anything i didn't need or freak me out to make more money. As a service provider myself, his integrity goes along way with me. I am glad we have such an amazing company to work with

Excellent service from start to finish. Sarah have a no nonsense quote in a timely fashion. Cost was competitive vs other places I got quotes from. The install team (Matt, Matt M. , Tyler and Avery) was first rate. Showed up on time. Extremely polite and worked hard and efficiently to get the job done quickly.

My experience with Arcadia has been very good. The equipment was chosen and the system quickly installed. The installers did a great job. They were careful with the walls, took apart the old equipment to bring it out of the attic and to their trucks for disposal. System was installed, tested and everything about the operation of the new thermostat explained. Clean-up was perfect. I am very pleased.

Matt, Avery and Tyler did an outstanding job replacing our HVAC system! They were professional and showed us everything that we needed to know. Sarah also walked us through the process and answered all of our questions. She and Matt stayed in contact with us during the snow event last weekend and they were here first thing this morning to get heat back in our home! Thank you!

I used Arcadia to replace my heating and air conditioner system. I found them to be very professional and honest. They are always punctual and helpful when performing routine maintenance on my system. Dustin and Matt are the best. They really care about the quality of their of their work . They are exemplary. It is a great company and I am happy that I went with them. It is always about the customer service and they exceeded my expectations!

I blindly called Arcadia Heating and Air after waking up to no heat on a morning when temperatures were in the teens. Matt and Avery arrived at my door within hours! Not only did they restore my heat, but they also discovered a wiring mistake made by the previous HVAC company, secured my loose thermostat to the wall, and pointed out a vent I had closed (out of ignorance) that was damaging my system. All of this was done at a very reasonable price. I'm typically hard to please when it comes to service calls, but these two went above and beyond. I highly recommend them and consider myself lucky to have found them!

We have had a wonderful experience with Arcadia HVAC. We recently replaced the furnace and air conditioning unit in our home, and Cam Mayhue, who is one of the owners of the company, and his team did an excellent job. We called about 8 HVAC companies in total and chose Arcadia because of many reasons.
First, they are very honest with their pricing. Not only were their prices the lowest, but they itemized everything they were going to install, so we knew what the individual costs were. They did not pressure us into adding new features or upgrading the units like other companies did. When we received the bill for their services, there were no surprises. They are true to their word.
Cost was not the only factor because there was another company whose price was similar. What set Arcadia apart from the other company was that whenever I called Arcadia, they would pick up the phone right away. The other company would not respond to my calls even when I had left a message. So I asked myself, if there were ever a problem with the furnace or AC unit down the road, isn't it important to choose a company who is reliable and is available when I call them? Yes.
Third, we found Arcadia through Trane's website. They are North American Technician Excellence (NATE) certified and are a certified Trane dealer. Having those certifications made us even more confident to go with them.
On the day of the installation, the whole team did a great job. Their work was excellent, they really paid attention to detail, and the units they installed were brand new. They respected our home, left everything clean, and they provided excellent service. We have been using the furnace every day since it was installed and have had no problems.

TLDR - Honest, great prices, reliable, excellent craftsmanship

Richard was a HUGE help and so knowledgeable with Trane systems. Our existing Trane unit (which was installed and serviced by another company) went down and he immediately sent out his technician to inspect it and then immediately contacted me with my options based on their findings. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and was so quick to respond with options and had a new system installed within a day of my family making a decision. The technicians that came out were very professional, friendly and respectable to my home and family during the removal and installation as well.

This company truly is a business that believes on customer service and they will be the ONLY HVAC company that does work on my equipment. I recommend Arcadia for new, repair or service work.

Arcadia provided quick, efficient, and professional service when we needed it. I had a pleasant interaction with everyone from my first discussion with Sarah in the office to Tyler the tech and Cam via emails. They were knowledgeable and offered a reasonable quote compared to other vendors. I appreciate their quick communications and responses via emails. The 4 techs who provided service were courteous, efficient and professional. Overall, I was impressed. Although we don’t know the longevity of the unit yet, I would recommend Arcadia for your HVAC needs.

Matt and Matt from Arcadia HVAC came by to give me an estimate on replacing my current unit. As a first time home owner of an old house, I had a lot of questions. They were extremely knowledgeable and patient, sharing their honest assessment and tradeoffs to consider when replacing an older unit. Since they are actual licensed professionals (not a sales team), speaking with them was very informative and helpful!

Arcadia is the best!! I have known this family run business since 1992 and they have never disappointed us. Matt and Matt M were wonderful. Both Still had a smile when they had to return at 6:00pm for another problem on our other unit. They were on time for our 8:00 am install. I have always been impressed with the quality of men working for Richard and Cam, always knowledgeable, courteous, professional and great with installs as well as repairs. I have had quite a bit of work performed on my home by various contractors over the 14+ years that I have owned my home. I have had some terrible contractors as well as a few decent contractors but I have never had the pleasure of working with such a professional, courteous, and efficient contractor as with that of Arcadia HVAC. My HVAC system gave out on us sometime during the early morning of Monday, August 12, 2019. I did a little bit of troubleshooting on the unit myself, replaced the condenser fan motor and the motor run capacitor only to find out the compressor itself had given out. I am not a qualified HVAC technician so I did not attempt to break that coolant system open. I performed a quick search for HVAC financing and Trane brand equipment and came back with Arcadia HVAC who has an A+ rating with the BBB and 45yrs longevity. I made the call and spoke with "Cam" who asked me some simple questions and scheduled his technicians to come to my home the next morning (it was already late afternoon on Monday when I finally got around to calling) between 11am-12pm. He told me their names (Matt and Matt) and that they would contact me when they are heading to my home. They came out near the end of that one hour window and assessed my square footage and my HVAC system. Cam and I had already discussed the financing through Wells Fargo. That application and approval process took only as long as it took me to fill in the blanks with my personal information. I received immediate approval for $8k at 5.90% APR over 67 months. During the assessment we discussed my options and I opted for replacement of the gas furnace as well as the outside condenser unit. This came in well under the pre-approved amount. During the initial call with Cam we also set the appointment date for the unit installation which was Thursday, 8/15/2019. He told me they would arrive between 7-7:30am. While Matt and Matt were at the house performing the assessment we discussed how long they thought it would take to complete the installation. They told me they would have the AC running by 11am. True to their word they arrived by 7:15am and we had cool air flowing by about 10:40am. They kept my carpet clean and cleaned up all the debris they generated during the swap out. Cam took care of the estimate, invoice, Trane registration for the warranty and the Wells Fargo cardholder agreement electronically. The whole experience was absolutely hassle free.
