Hunter and Whitt came over, were very professional, and explained everything perfectly to my family and I. They were very nice and enjoyable company. They made the process very easy and understandable, and I was even able to finance my project at a reasonable price and have the workers come out to my house the day after I signed up. Thank you for sending them over, my dog will especially miss them.

I chose AquaGuard to enclose my standing crawlspace and I am completely pleased with my decision. Their price was slightly higher but they handled everything including the electrical. I like the idea of using a well-known, established business for the warranty as I consider this an investment. They are focused on quality and customer satisfaction. They carefully removed everything I was storing (lawn equipment etc) and replaced it once the job was finished. The musty odor from humidity is completely gone. They sent inspectors to check the installers work. They followed up immediately to ensure I was 100% satisfied. The musty odor from humidity is completely gone. I feel as though I have added square footage to my home as I can now use the crawlspace to store holiday decoration without worry of moisture damage. I plan to use AquaGard for my gutter replacement next. Great company. Wonderful people to work with!

Today Nick and Jeremy arrived at my house to repair my driveway. I needed the driveway stabilized and cracks repaired. Using the polyurethane foam to level the driveway really helped. They were very professional and left the work area clean after completing the job. Thanks AquaGuard.

I had three jobs done today; jobs 1 & 2 crawlspace encapsulation &, settlestop on LRoom floor done by Kevin, Curtis & Jamal. Job 3, settle stop poly renewal on my kitchen patio done by Kevin & Jeremy. A careful & thoroughly explanation was given on each job with a step by step approach. All questions answered with professionalism & clarity which was greatly appreciated. The finished product for each jobs was outstanding & met my expectations per the description provided for the final product. The technicians on both jobs were awesome!! Very pleasant, polite & easy to work with. Would rate them above 10!

THERE IS NO WARRANTY FOR SERVICES! I purchased my home in the summer of 2023. During the home inspection, a leak from the front door was seeping into the wood floorboards. The contingency of going thru with the deal was having that issue fixed, therefore, they hired Aquaguard. 6 months later, I noticed the same issue with the leaking. I called them, assuming they would fix the issue since it was a 8k job. No. The guy, who was nice, inspected everything and came back telling me that the problem was that the door wasn't properly installed because they had to seal it from the outside...in which the sealing was eroding away and I needed new gutters 😒 Basically, he told me that there was nothing they can do unless I wanted to replace my gutters, which was estimated at 5k, and add more sealant to the door.....and that they will not come out to do either unless the bill come to 3k or more. I'm upset because, if they knew that the door was the issue, why did they not tell the homeowner all of this in the beginning? And I was told that the "warranty" I had was on the equipment they left....which was a huge dehumidifier. Now, I'm so upset because I have the very same issue that I now have to figure out how to fix...when I spent my WHOLE savings on the down payment of my first home. It's really hard to find good and honest service.

Taylor did a great job servicing our pump system. He was very customer service oriented and answered all our questions. He performed a very professional job and made sure all was correct and finally working properly! Thank you, Taylor, excellent job!

We had 7 slab piers installed in our basement. Our estimate was prepared by Darrius and our work crew was Mason and Mason. I feel like fantastic is an understatement for our experience. Darrius was very patient and always reachable for questions. Mason and Mason were our work crew and they were as good as it gets. They completed the entire job in 1 day without causing any damage at all to my home and left the carpet in great shape and ready to easily put back down on the tack strips. They were on time and clearly communicated everything to me and left my basement just as clean as they found it.

Honestly is the best policy!!! I was scheduled for a floor support installation which means installing 4 support jacks beneath my bathroom floor. The day of the installation, Aqua Basement System foreman stop project and advise to consider replacing the entire bathroom floor inorder to fix the problem and not proceed with installing the support jack. I was shocked and appreciated by the professionalism of "doing the job right". The point is that he could have taken my money and proceeded with the plan but to the respect of the company's integrity and the loyalty to great customer service. He had chosen honesty. I appreciate the support Aqua Basment system provided during this process.

I hired AquaGuard to stabilize my foundation and waterproof my basement and their crew was awesome! Very respectful and explained the process to my full understanding. Found issues that weren't uncovered until the paneling was removed and we were able to get everything handled and stabilized with my home. The job was major but with the professionalism of Joseph, Nick and Kavon and their work ethics I can rest assured the work was completed with teamwork and integrity!

Exceptional service from AquaGuard Foundation Solutions, and especially their technician Taylor Smith. Taylor’s skill, knowledge, and professionalism were truly impressive and far beyond my expectations.

He worked in an extremely tight space without hesitation, quickly pinpointed the sump pump issue, and corrected it with confidence and precision. His expertise and determination absolutely prevented what would have been a major basement flood.

Taylor is a true expert at his craft, and I highly recommend him and AquaGuard without hesitation.

Taylor Smith came out today to inspect my system. He was early after calling to verify it was ok. He was friendly, professional and very thorough. He gave me advice about my system and air quality. He left me with a quote for a system to purify and dehumidify the air downstairs. I will probably do that but there was no pressure to do it immediately. All in all, Taylor was awesome. Thank you!

Brooklyn is one amazing technician! He was inside, outside and underneath my house checking everything so thoroughly. He spent many hours with me and explained every detail to me. I actually understood the issues and how they would be repaired.

I wish I could rate 0. Andrew came out to assess my foundation and address the joist issue causing sag in the floors of my house. After he said the pier system would work and resolve the sag, I went ahead and scheduled installation. He showed me the one inch dip in the worst spots and assured me the entire house would be fixed. I was advised the crew would be here 6-8hrs. They were done in less than 4. The floor was still sagging. I showed the crew before they left. They were both sick while working. I only got to see a few blurry shots of the pier setup.

I texted my dismay to Andrew. He assured me that a crew would come out with a supervisor. They came out. They told me that no, I would need whole house spans to correct the issue. Okay, why wasn't that told to me? I spent $6600 on a pier system that hasn't fixed my problem.

They again assured me that they would be in touch with a game plan that day with a call from a supervisor. Thus far, I've been waiting over two weeks.

I feel awful. I wanted to start 2026 with checking off house repairs and feeling pretty heartbroken about the whole thing.

We worked with Whitt on sales, a guy who is smart, fun, and also funny! Samarie, Curtis, and Trae did our install. There were a few extra sections through our house, but they still got the job done in one day even though it meant staying late on a Friday. These guys are grade-A professional
