I had a good experience with this company. They cleaned several large 2nd and 3rd story windows on the back of my house along with a very tall mirror. I found the company to be professional with excellent communication, the workers diligent, hardworking and efficient. The service request was completed promptly and minor issues were handled without delay. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Called them for help. Guy says he's booked for the weekend but recommends a colleague, who in turn quotes me $30 to fix a leaky faucet and scheduled a time for when he got done with church. Long- story short: No call, no show, and a vague request with no apology to reschedule for the following day after several hours of leaving me wondering what was going on. Guy even had the audacity to lie to his friend who recommended him that I'd only offered him $30, even though it was him that gave me that quote in the first place! It was like dealing with children, not professionals. Either way, I wouldn't entrust this outfit to hammer a nail into a wall.

Years later, we are stilll suffering from the poor service provided by th his company. They cut into the ceiling with imprecision, installed ducts that were to large and the poor way they attached the coils has had to be repaired. If you use them, keep an eye on every detail.

I made a call and received service less than 24 hours later! Communication was clear, and pricing was fair. COVID-19 protocols were followed. I’ve already recommended this business to my friends.

I have used Middlebrook heating and air for many years. The service has been great. I recently had to have air condition service. Service rep was on take took safety pre- cautions repaired my a/c and it is working up to par. Middlebrook stands by its work and I would highly recommend them
