We were very satisfied with the service we received awesome job.

This morning, February, 26, 2024, who ever is driving that big dirty truck, ran us off the road this morning, & almost tore the side of my car off😤. Do better gentlemen ‼️

Company cut down a tree on my property line without my permission, without a permit, and would not stop when they were notified that a permit was required within the city limits.

Beyond that they continued to work while I and another neighbor were standing under the tree, placing us in direct danger

They cut a couple of trees for me, I have to bagged them to ground the stumps since it was including in the quote. I realized the stumps were half grind. I called multiple times, they asked me to send pictures, I did, they told me that I waited too long to notify them. Now I have to pay again to have the same job done. Not professional at all, not serious, don’t called them.

We have hired Smiles a few different times to cut down trees. We have always been pleased with the quick estimate, reasonable price and great job. Dependable and honest company. Hector is friendly and always does have a smile! There are a few different companies with similar names and I think some of the reviews may for a different company. Make sure you are dealing with Hector!

I am extremely pleased with my experience with D & D Tree Services. I recently purchased a new home in Atlanta and needed a large tree removed and a smaller tree pruned. The entire staff and crew was extremely professional, friendly, and courteous. The finished job was amazing! I couldn’t have asked for a more. I highly recommend D & D Tree Services and I definitely will be using their services for my future tree needs.

This company was such a disappointment!! They cut 3 of our trees for a very reasonable price and they worked from noon until 9 pm. HOWEVER, they started on the job 2 hours late, they did not cut the trees clean across, and they accidently knocked over half of a fourth tree. We asked them to cut a very tall tree in segments, but instead they cut it as a whole. As a result, they knocked down half of the 4th tree and a side fence shared with a neighbor (and the partial fence of a 2nd neighbor). After all of this there was a disagreement over payment since a side fence was completely knocked down and we were unsure of the cost of repairs. We feared that we would be stuck with fence repairs after paying D&D. They promised to come and fix the fence at a later time and gave us some information for their insurance company. After a lot of debating, we were promised someone would be back the following Monday to fix the fence. We ended up paying $150 less than the original asking price contingent on them fixing the fence as promised. When we reached out to D&D on Monday, there was a family emergency they had to deal with. We didn't hear anything until I had to call them days later and was told they would be back the following Monday. Again, we heard nothing the following Monday. And then Tuesday he reached out to say someone was coming to the house in 2 hours, we said ok. No one came. It's been 2 weeks since this all started. We still have a damaged fence, the city is asking for $4.7k to remove tree debris (because D&D put the debris under a powerline), and have yet to hear anything back. At the very least it would have been nice to hear an apology or an attempt to get someone else to do the work promised. As a customer, communication is key. While D&D cut the trees at a very reasonable price, you pay for what you get. Very unprofessional experience overall and I won't be doing business with them in the future.

I was told another truck would come to pice up the remaining yard debris they never showed.
Left me with a mess in my yard and then told me that I said I was going to burn it.
What I was left with was impossible to burn.
Spoke to me about the price that I received. It would’ve been a good price of the job was done.

Ramon and his crew were very professional. making short work of a pretty big job! The price was very competitive. 3 climbers was outstanding in making sure my yard looked good. Highly recommend!

This is my first time to ever write a review. I am giving three tree service 5 star because they are very professional. Their price is very reasonable. Ramon is amazing. He kept up with his words. I truly appreciated their work. 4 trees were cut at the back of my house yesterday and stumped. I am just so happy to see my yard free of those trees bending over.

These guys were awesome! We had to have a total of 9 trees removed and their price was very fair. They showed up on time and went above and beyond what we had agreed upon. I HIGHLY recommend Ramon and his crew for your tree removal needs. They were true professionals and we will definitely use them again when needed.

Very professional team, worked very organized to be able to get as many trees down as possible in one day. This company was the best price out of three estimates we received . They provided their insurance info to me as well. It was a great experience. Highly recommend!

This is a very reputable company. I recently had 3 large pine trees removed from my front yard. They were on time, did an excellent job, and were finished within 7 hours when other companies quoted me 2 days for the job would be completed.
