I have used 5 different tree removal company's over the last 20 years on my property in Newnan. They ranged from providing good service to one that shouldn't even be in business. Today was the first time I had 770 Tree Guy remove 3 trees for me. One was a huge live pine tree that was between my fence and workshop, very tight space, the other two were very tall dead pines. I was amazed at fast and proficient the team was. how well they cleaned afterwards, and overall how respectful they were. I will no longer need to shop around for any tree service. This company was very reasonable, extremely professional, and quick. Highest recommend!

This crew is awesome. Crew is down to earth and very cool, especially with neighbors. Mike is a wizard on the crane. A little nervous watching a big chunk of tree hanging over the house. Our property is not the easiest to navigate and we gave them a challenge. They made it look easy. Very grateful. Tree removal is not cheap but, they are worth every penny. Might need a few more taken down in the future and this will be the only company I would consider. Great job.

A good reason for their 5 star reviews. Wonderful company! Mike and his team were great. We had a good bit of work done all over our property. Trees cut down and trees trimmed back from the house. Stump grinding and haul away also and all of it was done quickly and with care. They left the areas they worked very clean. Cindy in the office was very pleasant to talk too also the few times I talked to her. Very professional, all of them! From the initial quote to a job well done. Highly recommend!

We recently called Tree-Guy to remove a tree in our yard that was touching our house -We were very impressed with the service we received. The day I called for an estimate Cindy was friendly and Aaron was able to come out the same day and provide us with an estimate. After speaking with Aaron we realized we wanted more trees removed that expected so we opted for the full day rate. The crew that worked at our house was exceptional. When I got home and saw my yard I was amazed and what all was accomplished by a 4 men crew, 10 Trees removed and yard nice and clean. What impressed me the most was this....I spoke to one of the young men in the crew and thanked him for his hard work and his response was..."We just want to get everything thing done on your list so you are happy". What impressed my husband the most was this....When he went to pay the foreman of the crew the foreman asked my husband "Are you satisfied?" before we would accept his money!! That is true customer service!! Cindy then called a few days later to follow up. We will be using them again for pruning, etc...Thank you Cindy, Aaron & Crew you made us very happy and our yard looks great!!!

In the aftermath of Hurricane Matthew, my aunt's house was slowly buckling under the pressure of two huge pines and a live oak that had fallen on the roof of her house. Aaron and his crew (who came to Hilton Head to help out knowing there were many folks like us needing help) saw the severity of the situation and showed up sooner than we thought possible to begin removal. They did an amazing job. They were great to work with, and I would call them again in an instant if necessary. They were all very friendly and put our minds at ease about the serious nature of the work that was about to be done. They cleared the two massive pines with no additional damage to the house, which I thought an impossible task. And most of all their price was very fair considering the desperation people here were feeling...they could have taken advantage of the situation...but they didn't. They showed up when they said they would. They did their job (very well). And they collected their check. I'm not sure what else you could expect from a contractor. Thanks again Aaron and crew!

770-Tree-Guy removed 21 fairly large trees on my property. An army of workers and equipment descended on my yard on a fine spring Tuesday morning. They performed like a well - choreographed dance company, never getting in the way of one another. The equipment used was very impressive, allowing them to work from the top down on trees so that no huge trunks were felled. Their turf - friendly equipment and work methods kept damage to my yard at a minimum, which pleased me to no end. In about 6 hours or so, they had completed their work and left my property in good shape, having cleaned up the yard and street very well. I couldn't believe they had done so much good work so quickly. The workers must be given major kudos, as their efficiency and skill were the major factor in the success of the tree removal operation. Two days later, a sub-contractor grinded the stumps of all the trees removed. Though a much smaller operation than the tree removal, the 2 workers and their equipment were equally impressive and their stump grinding work was of equally high quality.

I must also commend the office and tree removal price estimation staff for their quality, friendly, and professional work. They were always available and kind to answer my questions and requests for information.

770-Tree Guy seemed a little pricey to me, but you get what you pay for. In this case, the speed and quality of their work (facilitated by their top-rate equipment), the minimal damage to my property, and their superior customer service justified the price. I would highly recommend this company for your tree removal needs.

Crew showed up on time with more high tech equipment that I have ever seen. Each crew member was highly skilled at working their equipment, full safety gear, took all necessary precautions. After removing 9 large trees and pruning a few others, in one days time they were gone with no evidence that they were here. Price was very competitive. I would highly recommend 770-Tree guy. Great family business.

I went for their mulch and found a company that I will do business with again and again and again. And, if you're not doing business with these folks, then you're missing out big time. They have customer service down pat. It's just plain excellent. They were flexible in meeting my needs. They are fast, helpful, courteous, and nice people. Their rates are great, too. They loaded the mulch in the bed of my pickup and they took extra care to make sure it was loaded safely. I could go on all day about how pleased I am with 770-Tree-Guy. Check them out, you'll be glad you did.

I had received 3 quotes for the job I needed, starting at $6200. Tree Guy came in about $2000 less. The staff was prompt in responding to my initial contact and the arborist that came to access my issue was knowledgeable and pleasant. The crew arrived bright and early on the day of the job and worked well together to get the work done for the most part in one day. Stumps needed to be removed and they returned as promised to complete the job. They went above and beyond what was asked of them and did what was needed. They cleaned up everything very well and did not destroy my yard with the heavy equipment. I would recommend 770-tree-guy to anyone. From beginning to end they were honest and professional.

We chose 770-TREE-GUY because they were a local company. They were incredibly fair in their pricing and gave me multiple options to choose from. The office personnel were friendly and communicated proactively. On the day of service, Mike and his crew were so professional and amazingly skilled. They did the tree removal and trimming quickly and cleaned up 100% of the debris. They did incredible work for the price they quoted. They definitely went above and beyond. I will definitely use them again.

770TreeGuy was absolutely the best tree service … period. They handled and removed a huge tree (72 inch diameter) in a difficult spot with little to no impact to any of my property. They also gave me spot pricing and services on some additional trees\limbs that needed to be removed while they were on site.
Their entire organization was professional, friendly and safe. Their equipment was amazing to include turf tires on the both nifty lift and bobcat. Thick plywood was placed on the edge of all concrete surfaces to prevent damage.
The crews worked for 8 hours with perfect results. Their pricing was fair and competitive and I enjoyed having them at my home. I will absolutely use them again when needed.

Excellent service. After several rain delays the team arrived and immediately started the project. Very professional service and each team member carried out their individual responsibilities as required. Kudos to the team leader, his staff as well as the consultation to submit the bid. Kudos to the scheduler, Cindy who kept us abreast of all movement till completion. I recommend this company . They are very safe and provided excellent service. I am more educated regarding tree service. Thanks for a job well done.

Less than stellar field work but excellent front office support. Sadly, 2 follow-ups later, the result was a daily tripping hazard because "'no one wanted to dull their blade.'

I made an appointment with Kaylee for Greg to come out for a free estimate the next day at 10AM. When no one showed up, I called back the tree guy 45 min. later & someone else answered & told me they were trying to call me & text me to let me know they were coming. Since they could not reach me, no one showed up. I asked why is it that everyone else can reach me & my phone has been on since 8:30 AM, but you could not reach me. Lying is never a good way to do business. I have 25-50 trees to take down. So now, if the owner reads this, he can thank his employee (not Kaylee) for losing some business for him.

Greg is very professional and patient we had a huge project that needed to be completed with very little space due to my yard size. Greg was always available to answer any questions needed and I had a lot of them. The crew was very quick and respectful they made the process seemless. I wouldn’t choose another company. Huge shoutout to my hometown friend turned accomplished businessman - Aaron Capannelli owner of 770-Tree-Guy. He and his professional team of arborists, climbers and riggers tackled a job at my house that other companies passed on due to its difficulty. The severity of the slope in our backyard didnt allow them to use any of their equipment - all 4x massive trees had to be cut and lowered using ropes and rigging. Truly a feat of engineering and skill. Further, Aaron's team worked lock step to ensure our house and yard were left clean and tidy. Every guy was professional, courteous and engaging - they explained every decision to me and were enthusiastic and passionate about their work. I own a small business as well, and would be proud to know my brand was represented like 770-Tree-Guy's was. They all appreciate and respect Aaron's dedication to the company, reinvestment in equipment and personnel; he doesn't ask his team to do anything he hasn't done himself or wouldn't do at the drop of a hat. Quick and thorough communication from start to finish. Everyone I worked with was courteous. They cut down a few trees for me and limbed up some others, and it all looks great. Pricing was fair and straightforward. Highly recommend.

The crew started the day on a bad note, truck problems, did not make it to the job until 1:10 pm. However, everything came together and the trees were removed in record time. The stump grinding will take place today and the cut trees and branches should be removed this morning. All in all, the team did a great job. By the way, I handed a check in an envelope to the foreman last night.
